Get lost in paradise! Aqua is a stunning multi-level vacation home located in the cozy community of Frangista Beach in Destin. Perched upon the shores of a sugary beach, this home is where vacation dreams come to life. With five bedrooms, four bathrooms, three levels of Gulf-front balconies, and a private pool, this stately house can entertain up to 12 guests. After only a few minutes here, you’ll never want to leave!

The lowest level of this home features two guest rooms and a private plunge pool. The first guest room houses a queen-size bed and its own private living area. Visitors will also have access to a full hall bath. The second guest bedroom on this level features two queen-sized beds, a 50" flat screen TV, and a Pac Man game table perfect for the kids. Enjoy the luxury of secluded relaxation at the edge of your own pool, which overlooks the shimmering Gulf shores. The pool is surrounded by a cozy porch and lounge chairs, making it the perfect spot to sit back, sip a cocktail, and take in the incredible views.

On the second level, guests will find a great room that incorporates the living, kitchen, and dining rooms. A tropically themed guest bedroom with a king-sized bed is also on this level and shares access to a full hall bathroom. In the living room, you will find a tropical-inspired couch and two bucket seats that face a TV. On one side of this comfortable seating ensemble is a set of glass doors that open onto a beachfront balcony that looks out over the emerald waves. An aqua railing and aqua-colored seat cushions embody the home’s moniker, and also provide a unique setting for enjoying the beach environment. Inside on the other side of the living room, the space is dedicated to the dining area, where a glass-topped table sits surrounded by six chairs. The dining area flows into the gleaming kitchen, which includes stainless-steel appliances, a brick backsplash, sunny window, and ample counter space.

The top floor boasts an additional guest room with a king-size bed, TV, and full en-suite bathroom. The master suite features a king-size bed, romantic balcony, and luxury bath that will have you feeling like royalty.

Not only does this beachfront home offer the most luxurious of vacation accommodations, it is also conveniently located. The sandy shores are literally a few steps from the door. Other nearby commodities include popular restaurants, wine boutiques, grocery stores, and bars. You might also want to check out Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Seascape, or the Village of Baytowne Wharf to expand your vacation experience.

First Floor: Queen Bedroom with Patio Access, Jack and Jill Bath with Walk-In Shower, Bedroom with Two Queen Beds and Arcade Table, Wet Bar.

Second Floor: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower.

Third Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

*Add $50.00 per day to heat the pool (available Oct-April if needed).

*NOTE: NO PETS ALLOWED. JUNE/JULY: 7-DAY RENTALS ONLY.

*Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.

*Allotted parking for three cars at the house. Please ask a reservationist about additional parking.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during holiday weeks and spring break.

*This property is monitored by a security camera located at the front door.
