This was the BEST family vacation ever! This place was just PERFECT! Mark and Matty were the most wonderful hosts! It is everything it said to be and so much more! We will be back and found our annual family stay ON the beach!

This place was wonderful. We booked the week after Isaias, and Matty was in constant communication, which we really appreciated. Luckily, we were still able to stay. The place itself was perfect for our family. It’d be even better for a family with older kids who could use the bunk room. Overall, we’d definitely stay in this unit again and would recommend it.

Great property and location. Spotless in every aspect. Amazing beach access and the beach set up each day is a bonus. The kitchen is equipped with everything and anything you could possibly need. Love the commercial ice maker in the lower level. This is our second year at this property. Only disappointment is the cable is basic, no cable news, ESPN .

There were so many wonderful qualities about this home. The several levels of outdoor living was the best! Morning coffee on the main deck or primary bedroom while watching the dolphins was a highlight. Dinners on the beach level are a must. Plenty of room for our family of 9. Great kitchen with everything you need to prepare anything from a pan of brownies to a shrimp boil. This home is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Outside stairs to the beach is a welcome blessing.

What a perfect place to stay at the beach. We had a wonderful stay. Communication with the host was great. I had some questions before the stay that were answered quickly. We also had an issue while we were there that was taken care of very promptly. This was our favorite place that we’ve stayed at in the Destin area and will stay here the next time we visit.

Matty and Mark were easy to work with. Location was awesome!! Unit was very nice with all the cookware you could possibly want. However, my husband was wanting to use the grille but it was horribly dirty and decided it would be to much work to clean in order to use. We did however enjoy our stay very much.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Mark and Matty’s beautiful townhouse! The area of Miramar beach is absolutely stunning and this place met all of our needs and then some. It was beautiful, clean, and well appointed with all the necessities. We would love to stay again sometime! Oh… and I would be remiss if I did not mention the communication with the owners was great despite they were of the country!

Family Vacation

The beach house was located right on the beach. Plenty of room and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed sitting on the upper deck in the morning with my coffee and watching the day come alive. We will definitely stay here again.

Miramar Beach house

This property was immaculately kept. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beach toys and chairs. We had 10 family members ranging in age from 13-adults and there was more than enough room for all of us. We have stayed in several beach houses over the years and this was by far our favorite!
