Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry that the pool heater was not functional during your stay, especially since we understand how important it was for your family. The heater was brand new and unfortunately experienced an unexpected manufacturer defect that required a replacement part that was not immediately available. As soon as we became aware, we communicated promptly and provided the agreed-upon restitution. We’re happy to share that the heater has since been fully repaired and all aspects of the property are now functioning properly. We appreciate your understanding and wish your family all the best.

The pool issue noted in a prior review had already been repaired before your arrival, which is why there was no earlier notice; however, an unexpected secondary component failed just before check-in and required an electrician and replacement parts.
