Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you love tennis, you will love this place!The courts are right outside your door, but the pickleball courts are far enough away that the noise level from the courts is not bothersome. The kitchen has the morning sun and new appliances and the dining and living room areas are very nice. Bedrooms are downstairs and don't afford much privacy as the courts are right there, but the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for a tennis villa. Good views of the mountains from north and south side of the unit. Located near the end of the development, so very little foot traffic in front allowing for good privacy. The unit was clean and attractively decorated. Smart lay-out. Areas of improvement: Unit can use more kitchen utensils, flatware, glasses, plates, pool towels, etc. Cable TV did not work.One complaint directed toward management company: On Saturday, an all day event occured near the tennis center. In itself, that was no problem; however the event blared loud obnoxious music which greatly diminished the tranquility of the place. As guests, we are under strict requirements to keep quiet, yet the management company did not reciprocate the courtesy.

Reviewer Comments: We reserved a rental villa at Santa Rosa Cove from 12/26/19-01/01/20. We expected a very quiet and relax stay. However that did not happen.Instead, upon arriving in La Quinta, we received a phone call that our Villa was not available due to a water problem, that we would be placed into another comparable villa. Upon arriving to the front desk, there was no record of the change. After some time and frustration, the issue was resolved and we were placed in a villa at Tennis Village, RIGHT ON THE TENNIS COURT. Our stay was anything but relaxing with all of the noise and people on the courts. I would expect LaQuinta would reimburse partial costs due to the unsatisfactory arrangement, through no fault of our own. Reservation number P6DK3. Shaun and Darla McMackin

The service workers were there is less than 5 minutes and fixed everything in less than that. The condo is very clean, big kitchen and everything you need. Other than the dark brown walls I could move right in. We can't wait to return.
