Every piece of furniture in this spectacular masterpiece has been custom made and hand selected to perfectly fit the space. Enjoy a fully stocked ItalKraft gourmet kitchen. Relax in your sensual limestone bathrooms with luxurious Dornbracht fixtures. Custom closets will accommodate the most extravagant wardrobes. This condo is equipped with flat-screen TV's in the den and bedrooms, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, blender, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, disposal, washer/dryer, complimentary high speed WIFI and full cable. *Entry door hardware with advanced electronic locking system. *In-unit heating and air conditioning system with integrated Inncom energy management technology. Guests staying with Five Star Luxury Travel at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach have access to all hotel amenities just like hotel guests.

Guests have access to 1 Hotel amenities. There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $175 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.

Amazing facilities and beautiful condo. No reason to leave One Homes when in Miami Beach! We had a great time. Everything was fantastic except for the check-in. They had trouble finding our reservation and then didn't have any of the wrist bands we needed to access the roof bar and pool area. Outside of the that, the staff was great, the gym was incredible, and the room was clean.
