Everything was perfect. Easy. Great communication all around. Property manager (Raquel) met us on site to give us a 10 min overview. Place is clean, fully stocked, right on the beach. Fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo which is truly a gemEverything looked just like the pictures online and the Condo was very very clean and well kept. We traveled with five teenagers, and we all felt safe at this location. If you’re going to Miami, this is the spot to stay.Location is so important, and this place was perfect It’s close to everything the Versace Mansion, the beach, jet skis, bike rentals, lots of restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, shops, and nightlife. We didn’t rent a car because so much was within walking distance, and when we did take an Uber to certain places, the rides were very affordable.The place was so clean from the fridge to the bathrooms and linens. The host was welcoming and thoughtful, and even surprised us with balloons and a cake for my daughter’s Sweet 16. There’s also a 24-hour store around the corner with everything you might need, from toothbrushes and socks to drinks and snacks. CVS pharmacy down the block and so many shops selling bathing suits, dresses, slippers, and more, you don’t have to pack too much.My husband and son love to work out. There isn’t a gym inside the condo, but right across the street on the beach, there’s plenty of exercise equipment. They spent a lot of time out there, and the boys kept talking about it. You can also get up early and go for a run.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami. We’ll be back.
