Stay together in the heart of South Beach in a spacious Ocean Drive group accommodation for up to 14 guests, directly across from Lummus Park and the beach.

With approximately 1,500 sq ft, up to 7 sleeping rooms, 4 full bathrooms, two kitchen areas, an oversized dining table and flexible king/twin bedding, the home is designed for families, reunions, friend getaways, wedding groups and business retreats who want everyone together under one roof.


Built for groups
The central living and dining area gives everyone a place to gather, with extended sofa seating, a 75-inch Smart TV, an oversized dining table seating up to 12, plus additional bar seating.

Two kitchen areas provide extra refrigeration and preparation space, while the oversized dining table creates one central place for breakfasts, dinners, drinks and planning the day together.

Private chef service can be arranged separately upon request; additional charges apply.

Flexible sleeping arrangements
The home can be configured with up to 7 sleeping rooms depending on how much additional living space your group prefers.
Several bedrooms can be prepared as either one larger bed for couples or two separate beds for individual travelers. Please send us your preferred bed configuration at least 7 days before arrival.

The sleeping layout includes a combination of king, queen and twin configurations, plus an optional sleeping room that can instead remain available as additional lounge and gathering space.

4 full bathrooms
Four full bathrooms—including multiple dual-sink vanities—make mornings and evenings much easier for larger groups.
Altogether, the bathrooms provide 7 sinks, 4 toilets and 4 showers, including one tub/shower combination.

Enjoy Smart TVs throughout the home, including three 75-inch screens, high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable bedding and plenty of space to relax between beach days and nights out in South Beach.


Stay directly on Ocean Drive
Step outside into Miami Beach's iconic Art Deco District with Lummus Park and the beach directly across Ocean Drive.

Walk to the beach, restaurants, cafés, nightlife, shopping and many of South Beach's best-known attractions without separating your group among multiple hotel rooms or relying on a car for the core South Beach experience.


Optional nearby rooftop pool
Paid day passes may be available at a nearby independently operated rooftop pool approximately a short walk away. Pool access is not included with the rental and pricing and availability are controlled by the independent venue.


Good to know
Some bedrooms are more compact and feature Art Deco-inspired glass-block architectural details while remaining designed as private sleeping spaces. Please review the complete photo tour and sleeping arrangements before booking so your group can choose the configuration that works best.

If you plan on arriving on a Friday or Saturday for more than five nights, please inquire about availability before booking. We usually do not allow Friday or Saturday arrivals if the stay is more than five nights since it would cover two possible weekends.


Parking is not included with the accommodation. Metered street parking and paid public garage parking are available nearby.
