Odor
While the cabin itself was ok, there was an overwhelming odor of pet urine in all rooms. Every rug in the cabin had evidence of such, as did the furniture and bedding. Housekeeping came upon our request, mopped and carried the rugs away but the odor remained although somewhat diminished. I would not recommend this cabin.

As advertised mostly
We enjoyed our stay. For our family of 4 it was nice have 2 bedrooms (3 beds) and 2 bathrooms. There were a couple little things and one fairly big thing that could have made it just a little better. Little things that weren’t deal beakers: - there were 7 forks. Therefore we had to wash forks after each meal to have enough for the next. - the grass had not been mowed in several weeks. We did not spend much time outside to be affected, except for coming and going. But it was part of our first impression when we pulled up. - shower pressure wasn’t great and if you are a bigger person (which we aren’t so it was fine) you won’t like the small bathrooms. The main thing we found a problem was the living/kitchen/dining had vaulted ceilings that followed the roof line (so not insulated) and therefore could not keep the AC in. It was 100+ degrees each day we were there. We closed the bedroom doors to keep it nice and cool in there for when we slept. The thermostat read 81 when we went to sleep, but again our bedrooms were great. The next morning the main room had cooled back down to 74. Because we didn’t spend a ton of time in the house it was ok and there were fans to keep the air moving. Overall we had a good stay!

Fourth of July getaway
Great visit to Broken Bow/Hochatown. Everything was just as the home shows. I do recommend, but know, the bathrooms are tiny.
