ENTIRE GROUND FLOOR VILLA IN DESIRABLE LAKESHORE VILLA!

Osoyoos boasts itself as the Warmest Place in Canada. Temperatures are consistently 2 degrees warmer than the surrounding areas. This rental suite is part of a small group of ground level villas at Lakeshore Villas Resort. There is a large private dock with a roped off designated swimming area. The complex itself has a pool, hot tub and small fitness room (a unique feature for an Osoyoos rental property).

Your 918 sf villa is steps from lakefront. It has 2 bedrooms: One with a queen bed (with ensuite bathroom, TV, large closet, 6 drawer dresser) and the second with two double beds (almost queen size with bathroom and closet). All towels, linen, soap, toilet paper, cleaning agents are included in Villa stay.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with amenities including utensils, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, sugar. There are captains chairs at the counter as well as a kitchen table for seated dining. The Living room is furnished with 3-seater leather couch and two comfortable chairs. The living room Smart TV has basic cable and unlimited WiFi/internet with access to Netflix and many other apps (personal password required).

Just outside your door, you have full access to a private pergola covered patio with a 6-seater patio table and use of the propane BBQ. To the left of the patio is the pool and hot tub. There, loungers and chairs are available for your use. To your right is Osoyoos Lake where a very large dock is available only to Lakeshore Villa residents/ visitors. Portable lounging chairs available for dock use.

You will love the vibrancy and energy of Lakeshore Villas! There is nothing like a great day of water fun followed by a patio BBQ and finished off with a beautiful sunset on the dock!

Wonderful!

Had a wonderful stay here with our young family. The pool (heated) and hot tub are just steps away from the unit and the overall location is great. The beach and a winery is within easy walking distance. The outdoor space is covered and we enjoyed using the BBQ. The hosts were great and very accommodating. Would 100% stay here again.

Perfect spot for us!

Where the pool meets the lake... you’ll love this clean modern and lovely getaway. People around us complained their air conditioning was “set” by their owners and they were hot at night. No such problem with this villa- it had a perfect temp control and a wonderful patio/pergola 😁

Our fav spot in Osoyoos

We have stayed at lakeshore villas before but Sharon’s place is our home away from home now. The place is perfect as it is spacious and has all the needs you need for a perfect getaway. We love that it is steps away from the pool and that the pool goes to 4 feet which for our littles is so nice! The beds are comfortable and the patio is a perfect way to relax especially at night when our kids went to bed. Note the patio is covered so it is open rain or shine! I have never met Sharon but she seems like one of those people who is beautiful inside and out! She is understanding and generous and just wants you to have a good time at her home away from home. We can’t wait to go back and would recommend her place to anyone!

Great Complex!

We are repeat visitors to this lovely complex, and we have rented this particular unit a few times. The reason I give it an overall rating of only 4 stars out of 5 is because there are a few minor things that need to be attended to, which I will inform the owner of. The requirement to wash and dry several loads of bedding and towels before we could leave on the last day was a downer, and was not stated on the listing when I booked. I can see asking the renter to put the first load into the washer to give the cleaning staff a head start, but each wash load takes 54+ minutes so we had to get up earlier than desired to strip the beds, and then it was 3 hours before we could actually hit the road. It did give our grandson an opportunity for one last swim in the pool, though, so he was happy!

A great lakefront accommodation in Osoyoos

Our family stayed in this amazing villa right across Osoyoos lake. The property has everything you need: full kitchen, clean bathrooms, linens, pool, hot tub, gym. Location is superb, you cross the street and you're in the private dock saved for guests of the villas and apartments. Host is very responsive to all our queries. I suggest if you book this place, to wake up early on your last day. Check out is 11 am but guests are required to wash and dry towels and sheets**. Towels I get, but it's our first time having to wash and dry sheets after a vacation rental stay. Haha. Overall though, we really love the place. If ever we'll come back to Osoyoos, it will be our first choice and we will recommend it to friends and families.

Nice Vacation Spot

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Unfortunately we were there during raging forest fire season and did not use the lake as much as we hoped. The villa is nice and quiet, cozy, and the other tenants were very friendly. Easy access from the villa to the pool. Excellent communication with the owner. Excellent location. Recommended!

Another lovely week in Osoyoos

We have rented Sharon’s place twice and have been totally happy both times. She is a welcoming, caring host. The unit is clean, comfortable, and perfect for families. The complex itself is the best on South Osoyoos. The pool and hot tub are absolutely perfect for us and we swam in the lake lots this year from the private dock. You can’t go wrong booking with Sharon!

Great spot in Osoyoos

There are tons of positives about this location and the complex where the townhome is located. We've rented in this complex 3 times now. This particular unit is totally adequate for what we needed -- nothing fancy, but all the basics and within steps of the pool which my almost-5-year-old couldn't get enough of. We also enjoyed sitting at the dock and "fishing" with a net there, though it's a very short walk to an actual beach area. Wouldn't hesitate to go back to Lakeshore Villas and to this particular unit. The dishwasher broke right before we arrived which was not a big deal however it was a little strange that there was no liquid dish soap in the rental (how did the cleaning staff wash the dishes that didn't get cleaned by the dishwasher? This bothered me just considering COVID on the radar). I think the folks who rented prior to us had a very sheddy dog and the floors were not perfectly clean when we arrived. I wanted to give the floors a quick mop and found the spray mop was also broken. Kind of left us no choice but to wear our shoes inside, which was fine, just not what we are used to. Sharon did everything to get the dishwasher replaced which I'm sure was a big hassle on her end, and the plumber was super helpful and quick! It all got resolved in the latter days of our visit but it was fine to just hand wash. Another very small thing which is some of the bedding is really unsuitable for hot weather (polyester/nylon sheets) but we found cotton sheets in the cupboard on the second day. The washing machine is tiny so you need to start laundry the day before you leave (but this is the same with all rentals at Lakeshore Villas). The kitchen could use some new gear, like sharp knives, measuring cups/spoons, dishes, etc. Overall of course, there were a million positives and like 3 minor negatives. Would definitely come back up next summer!

Just perfect

This was our first and not last stay in osoyoos. We are so lucky to have rented this property as it was so perfect. All on one floor, great outside eating area. When you walk out the front door you go left to pool and right to lake. You could not ask for a better spot or property

Lakeshore Villas Resort becomes a hub of activity in the summer with every imaginable water sport and activity to engage in all day, every day. The Villa is a ground floor unit, centrally located on the premise, but with an element of privacy provided by shrubbery. The Villa patio is literally steps to either the heated pool or the cooler Lake Osoyoos, a big bonus for the kids! There is a large pergola covered patio with a 6-seater table and propane BBQ available for use. The small grassy area allows for kids to play or for lounging. No stairs, no elevators, no traffic.
