Why they chose this property

We love the neighborhood because it is very quiet and safe. We are walking distance to down town shopping, beaches and fabulous restaurants. We never have to worry about trying to find parking in the summer!

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because we are further set back from the road and we had a blank slate to work with. We now have lucious grass, trees and a beautiful gardens.
