The spacious floor plan features multiple living spaces for relaxing and enjoying your family. Enter the home through the first floor living area, complete with wet bar – the perfect space for shaking up some poolside cocktails. Walk up the custom finished stairs to the stately main living area. The wall to wall windows bathe the room in natural light and provide stunning views of Rosemary.

A custom plush sofa is perfect for relaxing family movie night or for the gang to watch the game on the flat screen TV. The adjacent dining area, with seating for 10, is showcased around the modern wrapped chandelier and stunning views. A built in bar top is perfect for a couple of extra guests or for buffet service. The full kitchen features gorgeous finishes, stainless steel appliances, and dining space for early risers. Galley windows create an easy flow and ensure the cook won't feel detached from the action.

With all suite bedrooms, there is sleeping for up to 10 in style and ultimate comfort. The first floor features a queen suite and king suite off the den. The kids can settle into the private second floor bunk room, with sleeping for four in twin bunks. Finally, the king master suite is perched on the third floor for total privacy.

The designer touches continue outside, as you enjoy the large private pool and ample outdoor spaces. Lounge chairs under umbrellas, covered outdoor dining, and a private sundeck are a few of the outdoor amenities available. Grill up some steaks while the kids play in the pool or sip some cocktails under the umbrellas poolside.

Rosemary beach is a very special place. Very secure and convenient. We enjoyed the living space in the house., it was great for a family. The management company was very good about addressing any concerns that we had. We will be back!

Rosemary Masterpiece

Overall this rental property was beautiful! We did notice the rugs and carpets were stained and really dirty. The showers all leaked onto the tile floors, pool was never cleaned and the deck needs some major repairs. It had a few rusty nails sticking up, which was a hazard for kiddos. Other than a few issues, this house was very comfortable and located very close to all the action!! We love Rosemary Beach and can’t wait to come back!
