Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour dans cette petite maison agréable, bien équipée. Accès à la plage en 5 min à pied, pas besoin de la voiture car tout commerce à proximité et avons pu garer deux voitures dans l’allée.

Détente assurée

La maison est conforme à la description et nous en avons apprécié la proximité avec le centre du bourg et ses commerces, l'accès aux plages, la proximité de Biscarosse Ville et Lacs et la Dune du Pilat entre autre. Nous avons apprécié le confort général (la literie était parfaite) et les équipements mis à disposition tout comme le coté cosy de la maison et le ménage inclus dans le prix. La salle de bain mérite un petit coup de rafraîchissement tout comme les extérieurs mais rien de bien rebutant, le logement ayant déjà fait l'objet de nombreuses améliorations. Bien que ne les ayant pas rencontré de visu, David & Laurence restent accessibles par message et Laure qui s'occupe de la remise des clés et de l'intendance est tout autant sympathique que professionnelle. Dans l'ensemble, c'est une très belle adresse que nous conseillons vivement et que nous ne manquerons pas de garder pour nos prochaines vacances dans la région.

Schönes Haus mit Baustelle

Die Lage wäre perfekt wenn wir nicht Pech gehabt hätten, mit eine Baustelle, unmittelbar hinter dem Haus. Wir habe zwar eine Entschädigung bekommen aber das macht es nicht weg.Mir ging es nicht ums Geld. Gerne hätten wir den Garten genutzt was leider nicht möglich war. Alles im allem hat das den Urlaub sehr getrübt. Das Haus ist sehr schön nur etwas alt und verlebt, und etwas muffig. Ich habe mich nicht sehr willkommen gefühlt, ein paar persönliche Worte oder eine Aufmerksamkeit wäre nach dem ganzen ärger schön gewesen. Mit Vertrauen Buchen hat leider nicht geklappt. Schade

Jolie arcachonnaise en plein centre de biscarosse plage

Charmante arcachonnaise en plein centre ville et à 100m de la plage avec la possibilité de stationner un véhicule dans le jardin. Accueil très agréable et ponctuel. La maison mériterait d'être rénovée s'agissant de la salle d'eau, du WC et de la terrasse extérieure vermoulue dangereuse pour les enfants. On regrettera beaucoup de vaisselle ébréchée, une poubelle de cuisine sans couvercle et l'absence de lave-linge. Le Skate Park à quelques mètres de la maison utilisé jour et nuit est source de nuisance sonore.

Idéalement situé!

A 2 pas de tout! Ce qui implique quelques nuissances sonores. La maison est grande chacun a pu profiter d un bel espace. La déco est adaptée au bord de mer et permet de se sentir à l aise. Le logement est fonctionnel et le présent d accueil a été fort apprécié.

Vivement conseillé

Une petite maison pleine de charme, a proximité de tout et sans souffrir du bruit , top ! Je conseil toutefois aux propriétaires de changer les canapés trop vétustes, impossible de s’assoir et avoir plus de vaisselles, car a 5 c'était trop juste. A part ça , top, très bon rapport qualité/prix. Merci encore aux hôtes : )

Maison idéalement placée

Maison de famille en cours de rénovation située à proximité immédiate de l'océan et du centre ville. Bémol toutefois, des nuisances nocturnes compte tenu de sa situation. On y a cependant passé de très bonnes vacances.
