🥨 In the heart of the old town of Colmar, listed as a historic monument, on the famous Rue des têtes, this superb 100m² accommodation, decorated with great charm. It is located in a quiet and secure building with a view of the Dominicans Church.

🛍️ You will be close to shops, restaurants and bars as well as various tourist and cultural points of interest in Colmar.



You will be able to enjoy during your stay:

🛋️ the living area, with a dining corner and a lounge area with a sofa bed and television.

🍽️ The kitchen is equipped (refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, cooktop, hood, dishwasher, classic Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pans, saucepans, dishes and kitchen utensils and a washing machine).

🅿️ The Rapp public parking lot is 200m walking distance from the apartment. It offers 900 spaces underground (maximum height of 2m15, electric vehicle charging available).

🅿️ The Montagne Verte public parking lot is 750m walking distance from the apartment. It offers 650 spaces underground (maximum height of 2m, electric vehicle charging available).

🅿️You have the possibility to reserve private parking spaces within a radius of 800m around the accommodation. These spaces are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is mandatory. Rate from €12 per night, per space.

🌃 Colmar: A city to enjoy without restraint!

For Georges Duhamel (who wrote this in 1931), Colmar was the "most beautiful city in the world"… It has also often been said that it was the most Alsatian of all Alsatian cities!

Without getting into a bidding war of superlatives, Colmar remains undoubtedly an absolutely exceptional city for the richness and variety of its historical and architectural heritage.

It is located near Germany and Switzerland, between the Vosges and the Rhine, Strasbourg and Mulhouse. The city offers visitors a striking summary of more than a thousand years of European history. Moreover, Colmar retains, with its 67,000 inhabitants, an endearing quality of a "city in the countryside" that makes up its entire charm.

Despite the ups and downs of a turbulent history, the city has managed to preserve an exceptional homogeneity of its historic center which, classified as a "protected sector," has benefited from permanent restoration and enhancement. The vast pedestrian zone of the old town allows visitors to admire the countless treasures of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.

Whether it is the House of Heads (erected in the early 17th century) which owes its name to the 111 heads that adorn its facade, or the Pfister House, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in its kind.

Colmar's religious art is moreover very rich: the Church of the Dominicans which houses the famous "Virgin in the Rose Bush" by Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Saint Martin Collegiate Church are wonderful examples of pure and sober Gothic art, of great austerity.

Wandering through the streets, the visitor, amazed, discovers the numerous and beautiful signs, the roofs with shimmering colors... Strolling along the Fishmonger's Quay, formerly the nerve center of fishing and fish sales, one falls under the spell of this picturesque neighborhood, now called "Little Venice".



House Rules:

🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



⛔ Pets are strictly prohibited.



🧹Bed linens, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linens, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.



🧹However, you are responsible for cleaning and putting away dishes, taking out the trash, emptying the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidying up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment for €30 before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of €60 will be charged to you.



📝 A digital contract signature and your ID document via the Yaago platform will be requested after your reservation, as well as information for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the property.
