About this property

Large Provencal villa in the heart of Provence with garden and swimming pool

The house is located in a small village of 2000 inhabitants at the foot of the Luberon, in a residential area, quiet and 5 minutes walk from the heart of the village.

Outside, the large garden of 2500m2 populated with pines and holm oaks houses a heated swimming pool protected by a shutter. A garden furniture under cover is attached to the pool, ideal for aperitifs or discussions in the evening at the water's edge.

Inside, the house tastefully decorated and equipped as at home, offers 2 levels:
- Ground floor: 2 bedrooms (160 bed), a bathroom (with washing machine), toilet, living room and summer kitchen.
- on the floor side night, 1 parental room (bed in 160) with a big room of bath, and 2 other rooms (bed in 160 and 180 separable in 2 beds) share another bathroom. And day side, you will find a large double living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker nespresso .....) and loggia with barbecue.
You will find in this haven of peace something to relax and enjoy the attractions of this beautiful region.

In the surroundings, you will quickly reach all the most beautiful villages of Luberon and Alpilles. You will be 5 minutes from the International Piano Festival of Roque d'Anthéron and the golf of Pont Royal, 30 minutes from Aix en Provence, 45 minutes from Avignon and 1 hour from the Camargue. The village has a municipal swimming pool, tennis courts, tree climbing, ...
