Enjoy convenient ski access and permitted parking for 2 cars. You're a quick shuttle ride from downtown Breckenridge and the Breckenridge Ski Resort, and just steps from the Four O' Clock Run and the Snowflake chairlift.
Inside you'll find a fully remodeled condo perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or hiking our beautiful mountains. Cook that perfect meal in the gourmet kitchen. Unwind by the cozy gas-burning fireplace which adds warmth and amazing ambiance at the flick of a switch for a relaxing night in playing games or watching your favorite movie.

This ground floor unit provides easy access in a complex with no elevators. Sink into the plush sofa or armchair and relax by the fire after an exhilarating day on the mountain. Watch your favorite shows on the flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. The sofa converts to a sleeper for additional guests.
