Sleek and sophisticated, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath air-conditioned penthouse is located on the 5th and top story of One Ski Hill Place. The luxury accommodations boast a refined interior styled with wood floors, granite counter tops, high-end stainless-steel appliances, richly appointed furnishings, and vaulted ceilings. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen, snuggling by the fireplace, and stunning mountain views from the spacious private deck.

Guests have full use of One Ski Hill Place’s year-round amenities including indoor adult and kids’ swimming pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, fire pit, sauna and steam room, fitness center, bowling alley, and media rooms. The resort is positioned at the base of Peak 8 providing easy ski-in/ski-out convenience plus access to the other peaks, the BreckConnect Gondola, and downtown. Quickly walk to the penthouse after a long day of skiing or stop for a bite at TBar, the mountain’s après hot spot. (Note: on-site amenities are subject to close during off seasons.) A free shuttle offering service to all destination points in Breckenridge is also available.

Overall, fantastic unit at One Ski Hill. We loved the distant Mountain View, appreciated the welcome gifts, and were glad for the plentiful supplies provided. We also liked that there were 2 thermostats in the unit - the main bedroom has its own thermostat which is useful for our family. We enjoyed the amenities such is indoor pool, bowling, and pool table. Disappointed that one ski hill no longer serves a continental breakfast. But there is an a la carte menu. Things to note about the unit, humidifiers are not provided. The bed in the main bedroom is hard. If that’s an issue for you too, you may want to consider stopping at Walmart in Frisco on the way in and buying an egg crate for a few bucks - well worth it!

Geeat stay, the only downsides were that the microwave was missing the turntable inside, and the master bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable and noisy when you turned. Otherwise everything was great, i still think this was the nicest place that we have stayed in so far, 5 stars for sure

One Ski Hill Penthouse

We had such a wonderful time in Breckenridge and we could not have asked for a more perfect location to stay! This unit was well stocked with all basic amenities and was very comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again!
