As you enter the Primary suite, you'll be greeted by a luxurious King bed and a flat-screen TV, complemented by an attached bathroom, ensuring a private and comfortable retreat. The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, while the third bedroom features a welcoming Queen bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room includes a convenient sofa sleeper, accommodating up to 8 guests in total.

Island Shores provides a serene and intimate beachfront experience, perfect for those seeking a peaceful getaway. This low-density, 6-story complex, featuring just 60 units, offers a more personal and tranquil vacation setting. Among its amenities, the refreshing outdoor swimming pool stands out as a perfect place for relaxation and fun under the sun.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS

Short walk to paradise

We were very pleased with condo. Not too high up and so very close to water. The security guard is a little over zealous but other than that, we will stay here again

Gulf Shores Getaway

Stayed here multiple times and never disappointed. Condo has there very own washer/dryer which is why we love this condo. And with teenagers 3 bathrooms is big. Pool should stay open longer.

Perfect to enjoy the beach!

If beach access is your number 1 priority, this is the place to stay! I brought my mom and 4 of her friends here for her 80th birthday. They spent most of their time on the balcony but I spent quiet time relaxing on the beach. Very close to local restaurants and "beachy" shopping.

Perfect 3 Bedroom Getaway

This property is a nice size with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It basically sits in the water it’s so close to the ocean! It’s a whole 10 minute walk to the hangout and even closer to a number of restaurants, a market, and a liquor store. The pool was clean and the common areas were also clean. Ice on the premises so you never run out! Only downside was there was only 1 parking pass for a seemingly empty parking lot. The security guard allowed us to pay another $40 to park another car though. Overall great experience and would book again!

Great communication and was what was advertised. Only problem is you get just 1 parking pass for a 3 bedroom and have to purchase the 2nd. Are not allowed 3 parking pass. Overall excellent vacation.

Inaccurate description

The location was nice. My husband and I are very active and work out daily. The VRBO description states a gym and tennis court are on site. When we arrived it was raining and the beaches were closed due to riptides so we decided to work out and that is when we discovered the facility does not have a gym or tennis court. The manager apologized for the inaccuracy of the listing. We would have never chosen a listing without those two amenities. Otherwise our stay was nice.

May Vacation 2022

The stay was overall very good. No balcony furniture when we arrived, contacted management and they brought in furniture. The electrical outlet in second bathroom did not work. Thought they were coming back to address it but never did. It made my use of curling iron and hairdryer very awkward. But I managed. Those were the only two issues. Very good breeze on balcony.

Probably wouldn’t stay again

Location was good, condo was clean. Check in was said to be 3pm and by 4:15 had not heard if our condo was ready and upon calling they stated they text us our code at 2:15 and while on the phone with them I got the text so I’m thinking they forgot to text us when our condo was ready. Balcony door would not stay shut unless deadbolt was lock, fridge/freezer was not working sufficiently, had to put some of our things in the freezer to cook and our kids popcicles were in there for 3 days and never froze all of them. Elevator floor was peeling up and took forever to come up and down so we used the stairs from the 3rd floor the entire time. Other than that we enjoyed our stay it was a short easy walk to the beach.

Bring your own toilet paper

I recently stayed here with some family and it was pretty nice overall but had a couple of issues. First, they do not supply any extra household items like toilet paper and trash bags. I didn’t know this because it’s not written anywhere so I found that annoying. Also, the pool is in the parking lot facing the road instead of the beach like most of the other properties. It was awkward and we didn’t use the pool at all because of that. I think I saw 1 family use it one of the days we were there so I think everyone else felt the same way. I wouldn’t stay here again, there are so many places in gulf shores to stay and I don’t think this one was worth what we paid.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was ok. The location of the unit was great. The tv in the bedroom did not work. There was also no tv in the second room but in the description, it said there was one. The balcony was small with 4 of us it was crowded and the seat that was out there was wrecked so you could not sit on it. Clean wise there was a toy under the couch and the whole unit was dusty this included fans, entertainment center, dressers etc. Honestly the price was right for what we had. In a pinch if this was opened and we needed a place to stay I/we would stay again. I would let my friends know about this and what experience we had, and they could make up their own mind.

Bad vacatio

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Never had a bad experience in 18 years of vacationing in Gulf Shores until this year. Received a text on the way that the washer in the condo didn’t work. So we had to spend close to 40.00 to wash towels. Elevator didn’t work half of the time we were there. Only received one parking pass so we had to park one vehicle where a friend was staying or we were told it would be towed. Security was very rude. Called your company and they hung up on us. We definitely will not be using your services again.
