This 3 bedroom/3 bath condo is located on the second level of the Legacy Tower, which is the first floor above the ground level, so you can see the beach! This is not a ground level unit. You only have to ride the elevator to the first floor or walk one flight of stairs! This condo offers an incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico, a sandy white beach and the sparkling pool from the living room, dining area, and kitchen! The complex is located on the beach, just a mile West of the Hang Out! The property amenities include a beach side pool and boardwalk to the beach with a shower. The elevators and common areas are nicely maintained.

You will feel right at home with the granite counters, new furnishings, fresh paint, jetted master tub and walk-in shower, windows, and a full-size washer and dryer. The living room has a large sliding glass door leading to the balcony plus a sofa sleeper with a cooling gel queen mattress. The master and one guest bedroom adjoin a full bath. The second guest room is across the hall from a full bath. The kitchen has full size appliances, including a dishwasher. It is stocked with utensils, dishes and cookware, coffee pot and full-size Keurig, toaster oven, hand mixer, can opener, and more! Bring the food, paper and plastic goods or just dine out! There are plenty of options close by! The full-washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway near the bedrooms. The owner has provided a "mini" Kuerig coffee station in the Master and Queen Guest Bedroom for your morning convenience.

Bedding arrangement is as follows: Master Bedroom - King, Guest Bedroom 1 - Queen, Guest Bedroom 2 - 2 Twins. The beds are made with white linen and offer a "Fresh" bed for each guest. The sofa sleeper has a cooling gel queen mattress. Linen is supplied for sofa sleeper, bathrooms and kitchen linens are supplied, but you may bring more. The utility room has a full-size washer and a full size dryer, plus an iron and, ironing board. For your convenience, a personal amenity package is included, intended to get you through the first night in case you need to shop later.

Easy check-in. No standing in lines. Book this property and have a great time, inside and out of the condo. Bring your beach towels and chairs or see the beach attendant for lounger rentals. The beach is beautiful and has wonderful sugar white sand. Gulf Shores has lots to offer to keep everyone happy and busy.

Yearly girl trip

The condo is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. Second time to stay here and we loved it just as much as the first! We hope to continue staying here every year at this time. Pam made the process and simple as possible and she was quick to answer any concerns we had. Absolutely love her!

We love the condo. It’s very comfortable and cozy. We did see a few insects. A roach came out of the locked closet in the kitchen and sugar ants by the sink. We never could get the trash disposal switch to come on. We had to purchase wash clothes.

Beautiful condo and very well kept and comfortable. We stayed here a year ago and hopefully it’s a tradition at this point.

I have been renting condos for 14 years and sea billows was the best. the unit was clean, everything worked and no maintenance issues. a good location and quiet building. I will definitely stay here again.

Everything was just as described. The unit was clean & had everything we needed. We really had a wonderful time! I loved our view of the pool and beach with a cup of coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine in the evenings listening to the waves . . . except for one night. I do wish there were pool rules. We had a loud group who arrived on our second to last night. The music was very loud and vulgar, as was their language (even with small children). They stayed up past midnight and a fist fight broke out amongst them but was resolved quickly without us having to call the police. I looked at outside signs and in my emails about the rules for pool use & disturbing others or even a management number to call. Nothing was posted. Luckily, their second night, which was our last night, they left the pool at a decent hour and I could enjoy an evening on the balcony with my husband one last time. I hope the management will post quiet time hours for all to see along with a number if they’re not observed. I also advise guests to bring laundry detergent. There are not many bath towels and only one hand towel per bathroom sink. We still loved our visit & look forward to returning!

Beautiful beach front

I took my 80 year old mother and my sister who had never seen the ocean and this was perfect for our stay. With three bedrooms we had our own space and were very comfortable. We love the beach decor! Being just one floor ride on the elevator was perfect for us as well and we were just a short walk to the sand. Definitely will stay here again.

Beautiful accommodations!

Beautiful accommodations! Loved the place! Wonderful location right on the beach. Love the pool and balcony looking out over the ocean. We rode our bikes to the Gulf Shores nature preserve daily. had a wonderful stay. The only reason I gave communication a 4 star was because the Roku tv was not working and the manager kept telling us she was going to send somebody out but never did Other than that, everything was wonderful. Would stay again!

Wonderful Location

We loved the location and very close proximity to the beach! Stayed on 1st floor (2nd floor actually) and loved not having to wait on elevators! The fact that there were only 3 condos on each of 9 floors made for few people there as well, which we enjoyed. Condo had clocks in all the bedrooms and even hair dryers! All was good and we definitely recommend Sea Billows.

Wonderful stay

When we arrived at the condo, the cleaner was just finishing up and let me tell you, it was spotless! It was a great way to start off our trip coming to a condo that was so clean. The condo itself had plenty of room for our family of 5. The washer and dryer were a wonderful addition. The kitchen was nicely stocked as far as cups, bowls and plates etc. kitchen could use more as far as skillets for cooking go. The coffee makers in the bedrooms was a nice touch. Beautiful view. Easy checkin and check out.

Wonderful views

Amazingly clean and well decorated property. We really appreciated the low density building, making it easy to park and walk up to our condo (we aren't elevator people if possible). The ability to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves and watch the dolphins was priceless. This condo was perfect for our family, giving everyone space to spread out. Thanks for sharing it!!!!

Cute condo, great location on the beach

Perfect condo for our family of 6 with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It’s on the first floor, which is really the second floor because there is parking on the ground level. We rarely used the elevator and took the stairs which saved us from waiting for the elevator. Close to the pool and the beach. Beautiful view from the family room and kitchen. The decor was updated and beachy. We didn’t want to leave!

Legacy 2024

Arrived at 4 pm. The condo had not been cleaned. No contact with host after cleaning crew finished at 7 pm. Oven had to be hand cleaned twice before the self cleaning feature could be used. Entry combination does not appear to be changed between renters.

McCormick Vacation

Initial impressions of the complex were not positive with the entrance generally dirty and unkept. I would rate the facility 3 out of 10. The room Sea Billows was better in comparison. The furniture and furnishings are dated. The bedrooms are very small and cramped. The online pictures look better than the reality. I would rate the room a 5 or 6 (maybe) out of 10. Among the biggest disappointment was the lack of a sandy beach area in front of the complex. The beachfront was extremely narrow with essentially no sandy area to layout or for the kids to play. I would rate the beach access/area a 2 out of 10. We made it work, but it was not a great experience and I will not book a room again at this complex. I also would not recommend it to others.

Sewage issue and lack of transparency

When our family arrived to the unit there was an awful stench of sewage. Upon further investigation, there was a sign on the washing machine saying not to use that it was broken. The rental property left old water in there causing a terrible sewage smell which was unhealthy to breathe. They obviously knew this prior to us arriving because there was a sign on the machine yet our family was not notified. We booked the unit with the understanding we had a washer and dryer as we packed minimally. It took two days after check-in and me calling for the unit to send someone to dip the water out of the washer. I had to continually ask for updates on when the washer would be Replaced and that occurred two days later. To make matters worse they have not responded to my complaints via email. The pool last daily maintenance and there was glass bottles at the bottom of the pool.
