Approximately .3 mile from bus stops on the Summit Stage route, Summit County’s free bus servicing the towns of Frisco, Breckenridge, Silverthorne and Dillon as well as local ski areas. Taxis are available as well in the area.
In the winter months you will enjoy your own parking space in our heated garage with direct private access to the condo. Great for loading / unloading the car in warmth.

This condo was built in late 2019 with upgraded appliances in a modern clean finish. It is 5 minutes off of I-70 making it easily accessible and make it perfect for a family to escape to the mountains!

Fly Fishing : All Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) fishing rules apply. You will need to get a fishing license. The condo has direct access to the Blue River. Check the CPW website for the latest rules on the stretch of water directly in front of the condo. There is no access from directly in front of the neighboring private property.
There are different zones nearby with different catch and release policies. Read the CPW guide closely!

- This home has a strict maximum occupancy of 6 guests in adherence with local Silverthorne laws
- Check out is 10 AM, no late check-out requests please. Cleaning company does not allow me to move this time.
- This unit has a Responsible Agent, whose chief purpose is to respond to an external complaint submitted to the local government regarding the renter's stay in this unit. If the local government receives a complaint about the renter and it contacts the Responsible Agent, the renter will be charged for the Responsible Agent's response with a cost of a $35 flat fee plus $100 per hour charged in 6-minute increments until the complaint is resolved.

Blue River Flats Condominiums does NOT have a hot tub.
Video Camera: I have had issues with tenants leaving the garage door open after checking out of the condo. The garage door communicates via WiFi to inform me whether the door is open or closed. The garage door app allows me to close the door remotely. I placed a camera in the garage pointed at the garage door. The camera will remain off until I detect the door is open for an extended time. At which point I will enable the camera to ensure I can safely close the door. There are no cameras in the condo.
More notes on parking from HOA:
1. The parking spaces in front of Building 1 (you are in building 2) that are labeled RESERVED are for those specific owners and are critical as those owners do not have garages. The reserved signs are labeled with the building and unit number (example: 1-201 for Building 1 Unit 201).
2. Parking in front of another owner’s garage is prohibited. The garages are labeled with the building and unit number as well.
3. There is Guest parking along the side of Building 1 near the entrance and by Buildings 3, 4, & 5.
4. The curved pavement at the North end of the condos is NOT for parking. Your car will be towed if parked there. You have 2 spots (garage) and spot in front of my garage. Please use these.
