The living area features comfy seating, a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV; there’s also a patio just outside for relaxing in the mountain air. The kitchen has quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up après-ski snacks or full meals. There’s seating for four at the counter.

The River West complex includes shared hot tubs for guests to enjoy. Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and covered parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens.
