Studio of 40 m2 with a terrace of 8 m2 with a breathtaking sea view.
The studio has been completely renovated in February 2015, paintings, parquet flooring, kitchen equipped with new appliances.
A large bright sunny main room located south tastefully decorated, large windows opening onto the terrace (table and chairs), where you can enjoy a view that is fun, especially lunch, dinner, or just lounging.
The furniture is new (bed 2 people) armchairs, tables and chairs, as well as the household appliances (washing machine, TV, DVD, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, ceramic hob).
In the entrance you will find 2 cupboards, in the bathroom a closet also.
Service: Internet (orange / LiveBox)
The new Thalassotherapy Concarneau opened in April 2015: care, massage, and others.
Possibility to rent by the night (3 nights minimum) off high and medium season: 60 euros per night for 2 people
