With a surface area of 35 m², the apartment offers a warm, cosy and comfortable living space. Its small balcony running across the apartment is a real highlight, offering an exceptional and privileged view over Place des Halles and the Ville-Close.



The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Separated from the living room by a beautiful Roman-style arch, it also includes a small dining area.



The living room has a comfortable, cosy sofa and a television, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
