Ideally located at the crossroads of Landes, the Basque Country and Béarn, 25 minutes from the beaches of Capbreton Hossegor and 1 hour from Spain.
9000 m² garden with secure swimming pool.
The house has a large living space of over 100m² with open kitchen. It also has a covered terrace of 50m².
