Une maison très bien située pres de l océan et des pistes cyclables ,au calme.Un grand terrain et une table ronde extérieure pour 12 très agréable. Les 6 chambres proposées sont de confort inégal.l amenagement du sous sol en 3 chambres en enfilade et des toilettes au bout font 2 chambres"passantes".les chambres à l étage sont confortables.Une petite cuisine.

Maison de vacances familiale ou entre amis idéale

L'emplacement est idéal. Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin au quotidien pour une grande famille ou un grand groupe d'amis : cuisine, linge, vaisselle, literie... Les animaux de compagnie sont en plus admis. Les échanges avec les propriétaires et les personnes en charge de l'accueil sont parfaits et réactifs. Un ménage un peu plus approfondi serait le bienvenu mais pour quelques jours ou une semaine cela reste un détail. Nous y retournerons certainement. Très bon séjour.

Bravo aux propriétaires.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille .Chacun sa chambre et son coin toilette.Beaucoup d’espace pour les enfants. Très calme ,le barbecue est super.Beaucoup de vaisselle à disposition et un lave vaisselle quasiment indispensable. Si l’occasion se représente nous reviendrons.

Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig und sehr gut eingerichtet, wenn manche Dinge auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Besonders hervorzuheben gerade für die warme Jahreszeit ist die tolle Temperaturstabilität des Hauses: Obwohl es draußen bis zu 33°C gab, hatte das Haus konstant 23°C. Große, sehr gut bestückte Küche, tolles Esszimmer, wirklich gute Betten und ein großer Wintergarten, in dem sich Regentage gut aushalten lassen.

Idéalement située avec des ados. Grand jardin, maison un peu vétuste mais bien équipée. Un étage pour les adultes et un pour les enfants. Avoir des vélos est vraiment un plus. Très facile d'en louer sur place.

à recommander pour les vacances entre amis  ou les familles nombreuses (grand terrain pour jouer, livres et jeux à dispo)  !!!!! Proche du centre de Vieux Boucau (accessible rapidement à pied) et de la forêt pour les balades,  la maison est dans un quartier calme. nous étions 5 couples et avons apprécié son  confort et son espace, la véranda pour les repas ensoleillés. 2 salles de bain et 2 wc : très utiles... ainsi que les produits de ménage et un peu d'épicerie pour dépanner. Le lave-vaisselle nous a dispensés de la corvée vaisselle pour nous laisser du temps pour les balades quand le beau temps est de la partie ... mais là, personne ne décide !!!

La casa está bien para grupos.

Caben hasta 12 personas, nosotros fuimos 9. La zona de la barbacoa está muy bien, el jardín también es amplio. La casa tiene un mobiliario un poco viejo, pero tiene de todo (lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera, etc) por lo que no hay que llevar más que tu comida y lo que necesites. La ubicación es ideal; estás a 5 minutos del centro del pueblo andando y en medio de la naturaleza por lo que en cuanto sales, puedes hacer muy buenos paseos por el bosque. No le doy 5 estrellas por el motivo de que el mobiliario es antiguo, por lo demás, recomendable.

La maison est vraiment très grande et très cosy. Elle est d'ailleurs très bien équipée, dommage qu'elle n'était pas très propre en arrivant (toiles d'araignées, insectes morts, poussières, pelouse pas tondue,...) mais elle nous a quand même très bien rendu service. Convient parfaitement aux familles nombreuses. Petit conseil aux prochains locataires : amenez des vélos pour aller à la plage et en ville, c'est beaucoup plus rapide qu'à pied (en quelques minutes). Je vous conseille fortement cette villa.

Nous cherchions une maison avec cheminée . Selon l'information de la page de Homelidays cette maison a une cheminée, et c´est vraie, mais elle ne peut pas se mettre en fonctionnement. D´ailleurs la maison n'était pas suffisamment nette.

Groß, noch fußläufig zum Strand, voll ausgestattet, etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Ein wirklich großes, nett geschnittenes Haus auf einen riesigen Grundstück. Großer Wintergarten. Ruhig gelegen, zumindest Anfang September (also unmittelbar nach der Hochsaison). den nahen Campingplatz haben wir nicht gehört. Das Haus liegt zu Fuß etwa 20 Minuten vom Strand (für Kinder Roller mitnehmen), einmal quer durch die Fußgängerzone, dann noch an den Tennisplätzen vorbei und man ist am Hauptparkplatz. Dieser ist mit dem Auto wegen der "interessanten" Einbahnstraßen in Vieux Boucau auch kaum schneller erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet, an Küchengeräten, Töpfen, Geschirr etc. herrscht kein Mangel, manches ist aber etwas "alt". Betten sind sehr gut (Bettwäsche mitbringen! Mieten geht, ist aber nicht billig). Sehr alt ist das 50er Jahre Bad mit Wannenbrause und Alibert, das ist so sicher nicht mehr Standard (gerade noch Ferienhaus-OK). Vermieter vor Ort und im Internet sehr nett, regieren sehr schnell. Trotz Bad eine Empfehlung.
