Our cottage backs directly onto lake Simcoe with a view overlooking the water reminiscent of a four season water villa bungalow. Enjoy the entire house with your family and friends and be captivated by nature's beauty as the sun sets behind the treeline across the lake. Easy access to lake Couchiching & Trent Severn for fishing in the summer and ice fishing in the winter, 30 mins to Mount St. Louis for skiing and snowboarding, and Casino Rama is only a 10 minute drive away!

Great stay!

We were a group of 10 high-school friends celebrating our collective 40th birthdays. This place was perfect to host us all. We had lots of space for cooking/eating, and multiple spaces to hang out. It was well equipped and we recommend.

Very nice cottage and it is a lot bigger than it seems in the photos. We spent a lot of time on the dock which is very well-maintained.We really liked that it was close to town. Easy to order in food or get supplies.

Great view n quite place

It's the same place as in the picture. The lake view from the living room is really nice, and the space is large, so it's a good place for a family to come. The landlord replies to messages right away and communicates well. I went there for a rest. I highly recommend it.

This is a lovely built house in a great location. Caution….one bedroom is not actually a bedroom but a mudroom/laundry off the garage, no windows. This was not good for us as we were looking for 4 full bedrooms without bunks. Owner is great and quick to respond.

Stunning lake views from here! Large open concept space downstairs with lots of room for our larger family. Everybody had a bedroom. Driveway can accommodate a boat and trailer plus at least two other vehicles. Lovely fire pit area down below and nice new dock. Great bbq. Had all the amenities we needed (though we brought a lot with us, too). Full laundry if you need it. So much to do in the area - parks, beaches, boating, casino, downtown Orillia. Made lots of wonderful memories with our kids and grandkids. Highly recommend!
