Welcome to our lovely water front cottage in Muskoka, the perfect place for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway! This cosy cottage is fully equipped and provides everything you need to enjoy your stay, including a hot tub that overlooks the beautiful waterfront.

The cottage is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to spend some quality time together. With a dock, a small sandy entrance area, and a shallow soft river bottom, it's perfect for kids and adults alike to enjoy swimming, fishing, and boating. You can also take advantage of the provided canoe and pedal boat, or simply relax on the Muskoka chairs by the fire pit and enjoy the serene views of the surrounding forest.

Inside, the cottage is cosy and comfortable, with four bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a comfortable couch and chairs, as well as a TV and fireplace, perfect for relaxing on chilly evenings.

Located in the heart of Muskoka, there are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area. Quiet retreat. Accommodations were great. Kitchen well stocked with a good assortment of dishes and utensils. My grandkids had a great time fishing off the dock, sitting around the fire and in the hot tub.

Anton was very attentive to any inquiries that we had.The cottage lived up to the pics and descriptions. Grandkids greatly enjoyed the hot tub and fishing off the dock, no big ones but alot of small fish to make their experience special.It was a beautiful week fir the whole family

Nice place to stay

Location was great as it was near the casino and local golf courses. Washago is close for groceries as well.Place was clean and well kept.

The place is cute and the host responsive and helpful. The place is clean and up to date, kitchen fully stocked with spices and cooking gear. The place is not big and the rooms are very close quarters but it’s charming and the living area is very communal. The one downfall is the quality of the beds, the mattresses are distorted and thin.

We had a mixed experience. The cottage was clean when we arrived, and communication with the host was responsive and quick. Unfortunately, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and the sheets felt low quality and had an unpleasant smell. No one was able to sleep well and some had neck pain after. We were 9 and it says it sleeps 12. The futon mentioned is a very uncomfortable pullout couch that was even uncomfortable to sit on. Two The fire pit also had very limited firewood, so we purchased more.We did however have a great time in the sauna and hot tub. The deck gave us many wonderful memories. Exactly what we needed for a birthday weekend. Not far from the grocery stores etc. Kitchen had enough dishes etc that you don’t need to bring any. Future guests should carefully review the listed unreasonably high penalties, ranging from 200- 100 for minor things. He threatened to charge us 100 garbage fee after removing 98% of garbage from the property as instructed and one box and two cans that couldn’t fit in cars we assumed that host will be flexible enough and the cleaning crew was there that they won’t mind if we left it in outside bins. The host texted and demanded 20 minutes after we’d left the property that we go back and pick up or threatened to charge. Overall, the uncomfortable beds, poor-quality linens, limited firewood, and strict penalties negatively affected our stay.

We’re especially happy the cottage helped make your birthday weekend memorable. We appreciate your comments regarding the mattresses, pullout sofa, and linens. Comfort is personal, but we take this feedback seriously and will review these items for future upgrades. Firewood is provided as a starter supply, so guests planning multiple or longer fires may need to purchase additional wood. We would also like to clarify the comments about garbage and additional charges. Our house rules and possible charges are provided in advance and are intended to protect the property, not penalize guests for minor issues. Your group was reminded several times to move the garbage to the designated roadside pickup area. After checkout, garbage was still left behind, so we contacted you and gave you the opportunity to return and remove it instead of immediately applying a charge. The cottage was also left requiring considerably more cleaning than a normal turnover. The kitchen was very dirty, furniture had been moved, floors were sticky, and the hot tub had to be completely drained, cleaned, and refilled. We appreciate your positive comments and constructive feedback and will continue improving the experience for future guests.
