Enjoy a completely private, one-level apartment with its own entrance and a reserved on-site parking space. The apartment is fully separated from the main house, offering privacy and convenience throughout your stay.

Before You Book

House Rules

* No smoking anywhere inside the unit.
* No pets are allowed.
* Evidence of smoking will result in a $300 damage fee.

Security Deposit or Damage Protection

At checkout, the reservation platform will require you to choose one of the following:

* A refundable security deposit, which is returned after checkout if no damage is reported.
* A one-time damage protection plan in place of the refundable deposit.

These funds are collected and managed entirely by the reservation platform. The host does not handle these transactions.

Cancellation Policy (April–September)

Our busiest season is April through September. Please review the cancellation policy before booking.

* 100% refund: More than 14 days before check-in
* 50% refund: 8–14 days before check-in
* No refund: 7 days or less before check-in

Important Information

Laundry

There is no on-site laundry. Public laundromats are available within a 10-minute drive.

Amenities

To keep our rates affordable, we do not offer resort-style amenities such as:

* Swimming pool
* Fitness center
* Clubhouse
* Large landscaped grounds
* Backyard

If these amenities are important for your stay, our property may not be the best fit.

Kitchen

The kitchen includes practical, everyday essentials for preparing meals:

* Stove
* Microwave
* Coffee maker
* Ice maker
* Pots and pans
* Cookware
* Dishes
* Utensils

For food safety and hygiene, we do not provide cooking ingredients or pantry items such as:

* Cooking oil
* Butter
* Salt and pepper
* Spices
* Condiments

Please plan to bring or purchase any ingredients you may need.
