Clean and comfortable rental that was well located for public transit into central Seattle. Really well located for local attractions such as Green Lake Park and the Zoo. The overall neighbourhood seemed quiet, but the rental itself was fairly close to a main road, the immediate vicinity of which which we did not feel comfortable venturing near at night. Well appointed kitchen in terms of applicances, but most of the pans didn't work on the induction hob.
Location:Quick access to Fred Hutch Medical, residential walking away from Auroa St. recommended with service K-9. Quiet at night. Newer place so all items seem fresh. Yard was great for dog & relatively clean prior. Problem was with the shower door it was installed incorrectly (opens towards inside with minimal area to access)not ADA, not recommended for children or large people until corrected or shower is used with door open. Overall I would recommend & would stay again.
It would have been nice to have more washcloths. We only found 2 and the make up one. There was 3 of us. The bathroom light over the sink went out. That showed that all 3 glass globes were extremely in need of cleaning. Also the shower is very hard to enter and close the door. A bigger person would not be able to get in and then close the door. Everything else appeared fine.
