We are located minutes from Conroe, The Woodlands and Houston, Texas so there is no shortage of activities and events going on every week.

Hook Wine Sinker RV Park is situated directly on Lake Conroe in Willis, TX and occupies well-maintained grounds. Pull up your RV or your Tiny Home to a lake front view. We also have plenty of fun activities to choose from. Enjoy fishing lakes, or just relax in front of the lake and soak up the sun each spot having a lake front view+. We wanted to get out the concrete jungle for a second and this place checked all our boxes. Quiet, quaint and very peaceful. A much needed staycation. The owners were very prompt with resolutions and great communication.

Typically avoid more poplular lo locations near marinas or have common areas like a pool pr near attractions/restaurants. This fit the bill perfectly. Quiet and somewhat remote but close to areas to visit.

This tiny home is just what I needed for a get-away. It was clean and peaceful. The property manager was available and helpful. If you are thinking of reserving this property, I recommend it. Please keep in mind that it is a tiny home and that means a tiny hot water heater (2 gallons) so showers will need to be quick.

This property was easy to adore it was relaxing and all the stores were within a reasonable distance. I enjoyed this remote area, the view was great. It is a tiny home so going in with that expectation you will surely enjoy your stay like we did !

Lovely tiny house right on the lake

Friendly community, close access to restaurants and entertainment. Quiet, relaxing and peaceful. Just what we needed! Everything was perfect except semi-sheer curtains. But that was a non-issue as we draped towels over them.

Adorable Tiny Home

House is super cute. Had everything we needed for a couple days. Owner was very informative and gave us lots of recommendations for the area. House was very clean but tiny. Lol. We are larger people so had a little trouble adjusting to limited space. But it was clean and had a surprising about of storage space. Only negative was there was no cable, but there is WiFi so if you need to watch anything I'd suggest a fire stick.

Hi, thanks for letting us stay at your property! Here is what we enjoyed: 1. Being on the lakefront 2. Being in a clean unit 3. Trying a tiny home for the first time. 4. The good AC 5. Decorated well! 6. Very peaceful, and lovely surroundings 7. Nice to have dishes, towels, and soaps 8. Coffee included. This is what would have improved our stay (felt very minor) 1. Kurig didnt work (wouldnt latch down, had to hold it down), still made coffee and enjoyed it. 2. Have some sort of covering over the front door window. 3. AC took a while to undersrand how to use. 4. Easy to have water buildup on floor. 5. Came at night and was confused for a moment where the units were. All this to say, were coming back, loved how peaceful and nice it was. It was pivitol for my wife and I to get away for a time. Would have loved to stay longer if we could. Thanks!
