During the warmer months, enjoy quick access to scenic hiking and biking trails right outside your door. Located on the free Park City transit route and with access to the Empire Pass shuttle, getting around the area and to Park City's lively Main Street is easy and stress-free. This condo is the perfect all-season retreat for outdoor adventure and easy town access alike!

The property boasts single-level living with 2,274 square feet, four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms — all to sleep up to nine guests.

When first entering this luxury property, you will step through a tiled entryway with a convenient bench and coat rack. Upon stepping into the main living area, you will be surrounded by the living room, and kitchen and dining areas— all with hardwood flooring, as well as plenty of surrounding windows bringing the views and natural light.

Living Room: The warm and inviting living room features mountain style furniture, a Smart TV, a cozy gas fireplace.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped kitchen and features high-end Viking appliances, granite countertops and bar seating for four.

Dining Room: This area has a dining table with seating for eight, as well as access to the patio.

Overall the stay was really nice. Perhaps due to poor snow conditions but snowmobiles groomed the slopes at 5am. The condo is right on the trail so the lights and sound disrupted sleep. The condo is great and shuttle service and all amenities were wonderful!

The unit was exactly as advertised with all the amenities you could ask for. We have stayed at many different ski in/out locations, and this by far is the nicest! Literally steps away from the Silver Strike lift. My family of three shared this unit with another family of three and we had more than ample room for all. We will definitely be renting this unit again!

Fantastic location right on the slopes

The location of this property can't be beat. Literally right out the door to the Silverstrike lift that takes you up the mountain. The locker room to get your gear on and store your skis is literally 50 feet from the lift. The condo itself was nice. It looked out on the slopes, bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Living area was a bit small but it was still fine. Only issue was the stove didn't work properly and a call to the concierge did not result in any action. The shuttle bus system is a very convenient to get around to anywhere in Park City. Really no need for a car here because of that.
