This colorful, waterfront home, located right on the canal with a dock, offers easy access to the ocean or the Gulf. This location is the perfect spot for families to build memories while enjoying your favorite watersports. The home has a full kitchen for easy meal preparation and plenty of space for dining both inside or outside on the furnished balcony and patio. This rental also includes a private pool and a gas grill for summertime cookouts.

What's nearby:
If you want to get your feet on the sand or swim in the surf, head over to Sombrero Beach, a beautiful area where you can witness Loggerhead turtle nesting between April and October, located less than a mile from your rental. While a mile-and-a-half north, visit the Marathon Wild Bird Center and then shop and dine all along Florida State Road A1A.

Very clean on arrival, very quiet area, felt very private with large garden and long driveway. House to one side and water to front and other side. Warm clean pool. Great dock and quick to get out to sea with boat. Will book again

Beautiful location, house in need of some love
We really did enjoy our stay. The location was fantastic and close to all major amenities. There were just a few things that were a bit off with our stay or in need of some tlc. Upon arrival later in the evening we went to climb into bed after a long days drive and noticed that our bedding was still very wet. Enough to make our pajamas wet. The bathroom floor Matt’s were also very wet. Being so late and so tired we slept in the beds anyways. The dryer also must be clogged or in need of some repair, it takes at least two hours some times more for regular sized loads to dry. The fridge, even after adjusting temperature, does not keep items very cold. Milk stays just below warm and ice cream is very soft A couple days into the trip we did find a couple cockroaches in the kitchen, we did manage to kill them but I’m sure there would be more. Master bathrooms toilet paper holder is held together with tape therefore the toilet paper falls off constantly. Spare bedroom blinds are broken and missing last couple panels therefore not able to keep it fully closed for privacy and or to keep the morning sun out. Moving outside to the dock. The dock ladder is in need of repair. It is missing bolts which causes the ladder to fully tip, in fact before noticing, this my husband went to use the ladder to get out of our boat and actually fell into the canal. We do understand rental houses and how they can suffer some abuse. And to repeat we really did enjoy our stay as I think we are a pretty east going family. The listed items I feel are pretty noteworthy items that would have improved our stay

Great place to stay!
This is a great place with plenty of room and very private for the location. We enjoyed the pool area alot even tho it is small right around the pool the upper deck is great for laying in the sun or at night watching the stars. The boat dock is great.

Great stay for price
We stayed at this location for 9 nights. We liked how the bedrooms were set up. The pocket door closed off the spare bedrooms and gave us more privacy. The mattress in the queen bedroom was terrible and really needs replacing. Also, the beach chairs were torn and not able to be used. We kept our jet ski at the dock and it was only a 10 min slow ride out. My kids loved the pool. We just wish the pool lights were working for late night swimming. House needs some updating but it was a great price.

Mediocre at best
Carpet was dirty, Ants in the kitchen, worn out furniture. Walls were patch and unpainted. Dryer did not work properly. Grounds were unkept. The property has a nice setup and the house could be something special if a little TLC effort was put in. Dock setup was great.
