Great place

Great place to stay and have a great vacation. Easy to get to, very clean, and close to everything. The staff in the building were very accommodating and helpful. I would love to stay here again.

The apartment was perfect for a last minute reservation. Clean and on the beach. I would recommend to family and friends.

Property was in a great location - right on the beach. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The condo building itself is in really rough shape. A lot of the amenities are not functioning. The pool is closed (we knew this in advance). The bar is closed, gym is somewhat functioning, one of the elevators was broken, the gate to the beach was also not working. In the room itself, the freezer did not work, the couch was broken and whatever streaming device was on the TV was not working. The furniture is all heavily used and looks bad. On the 2nd to last day there was an island-wide blackout. While not the host's fault, there were no flashlights or any auxiliary lighting provided which would have been an easy gesture knowing blackouts are a frequent issue. The staff at the property were all kind and doing the best they could. The owner really needs to work on the room itself.

Fabian’s Place is Amazing

Fabian was a great host and easy to communicate with. The building is extremely clean and the view from the apartment is the best view we’ve ever had. Great location on Isla Verde beach. We will be visiting again soon.
