Location great. Beach view from balcony was excellent. Shopping for anything needed was steps away. (Across the street) Air conditioner could have been better. Did not blow in the bathroom. Other than yhat, I will definitely stay thete again.

Alice and Davis were gracious hosts! They will make your stay very enjoyable. Their condo was exactly as described. The property is exactly as listed. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Steps away from the ocean where you can bring your own chairs or rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach for a reasonable fee. At the time of our visit chairs were 5/person and umbrellas were 15 for the day. Close to many good food options (sit down and fast food), grocery stores, convince stores and many car rentals. Uber is also readily available and reasonable. The unit has many things for use during your stay. Beach toys, chairs, cart for hauling groceries, etc. The kitchen is sparsely furnished but has enough for basic needs. We had minimal need to contact host during our stay but when we did they were very quick to respond. Very enjoyable stay.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon. It was a wonderful stay with great views. The check in process was very easy. Alice, the property manager would answer me within seconds on any questions I had. I would definitely recommend renting this condo. It was in a great location also. We had trouble with the TV and ran out of toilet paper. The host were right there to assist. Only wish they would have provided a beach chair for the third person in our party. We had to pay extra when we added my son. But overall it was a great stay. Jeanna

The location was excellent. Many great restaurants within walking distance as well as the grocery store. We used taxi to get to old San Juan which is then very walkable as well.
