Beautiful home! Had a crew of workers stay here while they worked out of town, they very much enjoyed it. Very spacious, yet cozy.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the property. However, we must address two serious policy violations regarding this stay. First, as the review indicates, this was a third-party booking for a work crew, which is strictly prohibited under our house rules and also forbidden by the hosting site. Second, the booking was made under a name that does not match the actual guest who checked in or then reviewed the property. Transparency regarding who is actually staying at a property is necessary. This would also explain why the neighbors mentioned a pile of work trucks parked everywhere.

Place was super nice and accommodated all 10 of us nicely. Only thing was we ran out of hot water after 4 people showered in a row. So, we had to stagger showers, not a super big deal. The place was comfy and cozy. Thanks for having us!

This property was excellent for our two families. There was plenty of space to come together as a group, or separate when there was down time needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking supplies needed and it was great to have a large pantry to store supplies. Location was easy access to most things we wanted to see in Flagstaff as well

As soon as we entered the property the water was all over garage and basement as a foul smell. We contacted host and he responded saying there is no leak and it’s just a water which dry up. Eventually, next day plumber acknowledge the leak. Broken Cabinets, microwave. Unkind Host, Stay away !!!! Protect your money!!

This review does not accurately reflect the situation. A plumbing issue was caused during the guest’s stay when the basement sewage pump was clogged by an item that should not have been flushed. We handled the matter professionally. The reservation was also made for fewer guests than actually stayed at the property, which violated our house rules. After a refund request was denied, this review was posted. We take guest concerns seriously, but we also expect guests to follow house rules, use the property responsibly, and communicate respectfully.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was actually even nicer in person than it was in the photos. We loved the kitchen and main living space upstairs. The host was also very communicative and kind.

Everything was perfect! We had six adults and three grandkids that were eight years old, four years old and three years old and they had an absolute blast. The hot tub was a hit for the girls. We were lucky enough to get snow in Flagstaff on Saturday and the grandkids had never seen snow before, so it was perfect. Definitely recommend.

The house was clean and had plenty of space for our large group. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had about the home. It was also conveniently located for an easy trip down town or all the major roads that take you to the Grand Canyon and other destinations. I would highly recommend this home to others.

Great Family Retreat

We had a group of six-adults and kids. The house is clean, communication with the host was easy, good location, and we loved all of the games! Would book here again and I recommend it if you are looking for a getaway in Flagstaff?
