Pets are welcome with an additional fee. Our policy is “all four on the floor”—please keep pets off the furniture and bedding. Be sure to include pets in your reservation so the appropriate fee can be applied automatically to your stay.

*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes*
-No Smoking on the property: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is `all 4 on the floor` this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict `No-party policy`. Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.

Great overall experience for our family. Location was good, not too far from main town. No issues with host or house during our stay. Too bad we didnt get to experience it in snow thanks to the warm "winter" this year. Hopefully next time!

Wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home. We had a group of nine guests and the home was easily accommodating. The outside deck (with spa) with a nice view of the golf course was special. Downstairs game room and lounge area was used quite a bit. Owner was very responsive to a few minor needs that came up during our stay. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Lovely stay in Flaggstaff

Fabulous stay at this property. The quiet, the beautiful views, the calm, sunny weather in late March were all very much appreciated! Its proximity to Sedona and a very different environment and family fun at Bearizona was great. Thank you, Mason for sharing this unique home with us.

Beautiful home on the golf course with lots of room for our entire family. However, it is a bit dated and could use some TLC in areas, including the back yard. The layout is also a bit odd with the game room tucked away from everything else and not a lot of space to entertain.

Large beautiful home and location

The home was huge and very comfortable.Everything you needed was furnished and more. Great place for large group. Location was convenient and on the golf course beautiful. Note there is not AC, during the day the temperature inside was 92, at night with windows open it cooled down to 70. It’s unusual for Flagstaff to have such high temps

Fun and relaxing

This was an amazing property. You had the option to either lounge and relax overlooking a golf course or have fun in the game room playing basketball, ping pong or Xbox! The beds were so nice and cozy. Mason, the host, was very attentive and accommodating. Absolutely loved it. Would come back.

It’s a spacious and comfortable home in a beautiful setting on Continental Country Club golf course. The deck overlooking the golf course is amazing and we enjoyed the hot tub too. There is plenty of seating, beds and bathrooms for a large family or multiple couples. The beds were comfortable with ample storage. Only a few drawbacks….no AC and surprised that the home didn’t cool down below 83 degrees by bedtime even though windows open and fans going throughout. The kitchen could have used more pots/pans, serving dishes and knives. Maybe not a big deal for those who don’t cook.Overall very pleased and kids were really love all the games and activities offered here.

Property was really clean and there was a ton of space so it was perfect for our multiple family trip. There was lots for the kids to do in the game room and yard. The hot tub was great and so relaxing for the adults. It was also really clean as well. My only complaint was the lack of kitchen utensils and other necessities like Tupperware/ziplocks/measuring spoons. Also the coffee maker didn't work well and we ended up just going out for coffee.
