This 4,500 sq. ft. home has five large bedrooms on three levels permit guests a sense of privacy while just steps away from the 1000 sq. ft. LR/DR with 55" smart TV and wood burning fireplace, the picturesque sun porch with 43" smart TV, and large deck with Weber grill, outdoor heater, lounge area and outdoor covered dining area.

On the main level, you will find the large primary suite with king bed, walk-in closet, and large master bathroom. The main level also includes the LR/DR, spacious kitchen and pantry, sun porch and a full bathroom.

Located on the upper level is a family favorite - the custom-built nautically themed bunk room that sleeps four and provides an area for younger guests to play games or just relax. All beds are adult sized. Just in case. We have plenty of children's toys, books and games available, so you can leave yours at home.

The lower level offers three additional spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom with two queen beds and large walk-in closet, a second bedroom with a queen bed and walk-out access and a third bedroom with a king-sized bed.

From it's large glass entry foyer to the striking 25 ft. wood ceilings, this is a family home that has been designed to entertain and build plenty of great memories!

ABBEY SPRINGS

Abbey Springs is a private gated "residential resort" consisting of 400+ upscale homes and town homes on 300 acres surrounding the Abbey Springs Golf Course.

Our large Clubhouse and activity center houses an Olympic-sized indoor pool and hot tub, locker rooms, an outdoor pool and separate kid's swim area, a newly renovated fitness center, the Abbey Springs pro shop, and an arcade / game room with a ping pong table, pool table, air hockey table and plenty of video games for kids of all ages.

The Abbey Springs Clubhouse also offers four outdoor clay tennis courts with group and/or private lessons available as well as three pickle ball courts.

The Grille, which overlooks the golf course grounds, is a great dining option for breakfast, lunch, or dinner with friends or family.

A quick five minute golf cart ride (2x golf carts included with stay) from the house is the Abbey Springs lakefront area, which includes our 600' private sand beach area, lakefront marina, basketball court, sand volleyball court, two bocce courts, playground and picnic area, our casual outdoor restaurant, Below Deck, and our lakefront fine dining Yacht Club restaurant with live entertainment and acclaimed cuisine.

Watch the sunset from your table enjoying a memorable meal or grab a drink from the Yacht Club bar and sit by the outdoor fire pits.

Lake Geneva is one of the largest and cleanest lakes in the Midwest and has a long history of being a much needed getaway for anyone looking to enjoy the relaxed lake life atmosphere.

Enjoy the beach and golf in summer, the incredible views and colors of Autumn, the pristine beauty of Winter, and the welcome sight of flowers in Spring. This property is great for family gatherings, small executive retreats, golf groups, or those who just want all of the amenities of a 5 star resort in a residential setting.

*On-site parking is available for a maximum of 5 vehicles (Additional parking available at the Rec Center parking lot).

*Please note that the Abbey Springs HOA will not grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the legal occupancy of your rental home, which in this case is 12.

*Please note golf carts are available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Use is not guaranteed outside of these dates. Must be 18 years or older with valid driver’s license to operate.
