Beautiful Lake Delavan/Lake Geneva Vacation Home

Escape to the country and the Lake Delavan / Lake Geneva area.
Beautiful, spacious and quiet 4 bedroom / 3 bath, 2500 square foot home on private 1 ½ acres near Delavan Lake. Perfect for families, couples or group getaway. Near the end of a private dead-end street, but close to shopping, dining and other amenities. Less than ½ mile to Lake Lawn Resort and the Lake Delavan public boat launch and park. 10 minutes to Williams Bay / Fontana and 15 minutes to Lake Geneva. Full master bath remodel in December 2022.

Two huge living spaces - formal upstairs living / dining area with nice views and beautiful new flooring, and entertainment space/family room on lower level walkout, with a huge new comfortable sectional. Two large, stately stone fireplaces, perfect for a cozy evening at home. Enjoy the outdoors on the 400+ sqft deck overlooking back yard, a campfire around the fire pit, or in the enclosed 3 season room. 7ft pool table and foosball on lower level.

4 very large bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds (all upstairs) and 4th bedroom downstairs with 2 full beds.

Home includes washer/dryer, 2 large flat screen TVs with YouTubeTV, Roku, Disney+ and Netflix streaming, Wi-Fi, linens, towels, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, microwave, propane grill and everything for the kitchen (dishes, silverware, glasses, cookware).

Golf at one of many nearby courses. Great fishing and skiing area. 15 minutes to Alpine Valley or 20 to Kettle Moraine for great hiking / biking. We are not able to accommodate groups without at least one adult that is 25 years or older. Due to an allergy in the family, we are no longer able to allow pets at the home. Contact us for referrals to boat rental and other things to do in the Lake Delavan / Lake Geneva area.

Peaceful with amazing views.

This amazing property and large home has several places for large groups to gather, large bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms ,large wraparound deck and well equipped kitchen. Pool table and foseball provided indoor entertainment and fire pit for relaxing in the evenings. Added bonus a large telescope in the living room. Montana Beach perfect for water sports. Lifeguard, clean facilities and large grassy area. Big foot beach state park an amazing find.

It’s easy access to all of the Lake Geneva area and house is set up for a big family of needed. Host was great, answered any questions we needed and neighbor was awesome in helping with anything we needed as well! We loved it and would stay again

Great place to stay

Nice property with quick acess to Delevan and Lake Geneva. Quiet, residential neighborhood. Great place to stay, enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck, and then explore the area. Or, stay home and enjoy the comforts of this home. Spent 4 days here with a group of friends, 7 friends in all.

We were in town for a family wedding. The reviews we read prior to reserving were right on. The house as you drive up looked small but we were pleasantly surprised how spacious and comfortable it was.It was clean and everything we used worked.We would stay again.

Family Visit

Great location for visiting Lake Geneva area. This is not an upscale property but was fine for what we were looking for. The main living room and downstairs living space could use some new furniture as the couches and chairs are all very old and uncomfortable. The beds were great in the bedrooms. With a little TLC, this could be a great property. We used the fire pit to make s’mores under the stars and rested very peacefully at this property.

Winter Friend Gathering

The Delavan home was clean and accommodating. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed lounging in the living room and playing cards in the dining room. We had everything we needed. We were close to restaurants and taphouses. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We recommend the property to others.

Awesome house!

Nice location in a quiet neighborhood. Inside of the house is immaculate and has nice large rooms. We loved the main room with the huge fireplace (even though we did not use it). Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Bedrooms and baths were nicely decorated and we all appreciated the walk-in showers. We fell in love with the towns of Delavan and Lake Geneva. Restaurants, shopping and local attractions were plentiful and we did not lack for things to do. We will definitely return!.

Family gathering.

The house is great for multiple families. All the rooms are huge. Clean, comfortable beds. The kitchen is galley but has plenty of space for 2-3 people preparing meals. Lots of kitchen tools & supplies. Appliances, except the range, are all updated. Bathrooms nicely done & roomy. . We will consider staying again someday.

Fantastic Property for Family Stay - Def Recommend!!!

We had an AMAZING time at this home! Kurt was fantastic and so communicative from the start, answering all my questions and ensuring we had all info prior to arrival. The house was lovely, as the other reviews mention you don't realize what a GEM this place is and how big it is from the outside! Upstairs had three big spaced rooms, 2 full bathrooms and downstairs had a large bedroom (beds were full size) and bathroom. Love how much space everyone had here and how clean it was. Upstairs living room set up was nicely laid out. And they had chairs, inflateables and other gear we borrowed for the beach which was nice. Only thing missing was this house being right off the water - but it was a blink of a drive to Lake Lawn resort and just 15 mins to Lake Geneva area. Def recommend a visit to Geneva National for their "dance floor" putting for family range. We also boated in Twin Lakes since prices are better and they have sandbars. All in all, loved calling this property home for our family vacation and would recommend to anyone!
