About this property

Nice terraced house ideal for a pleasant beach holiday

The house is located 30 m from the white sand beach of Kerleven and is surrounded by a walled and sunny garden.

On the ground floor you will find:
- living room with living room
      - dining room
      - living room (television)
      - kitchenette with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge
- WC
- laundry including washing machine, fridge with freezer,
- terrace with garden furniture and BBQ fixed on a closed ground.

Upstairs :
- 3 bedrooms with double bed (linen not provided),
- bathroom with shower screen on the bath and toilet.

Several leisure activities nearby: Cornish golf 5 minutes walk, sailing school 30 m, thalassotherapy Concarneau and casino in Bénodet, footpaths along the shore.

Rental per full week from Saturday to Saturday. The price includes the tourist tax and water.
Our friends the animals are welcome.

Optional household package of 60 € to pay locally if you do not want to do the housework.

From October to May, additional fees may apply depending on your electricity consumption. A report will be made.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
