Welcome to Clearview Retreat where simplicity meets functionality We furnished the space with you in mind and hope that you will feel comfortable and enjoy your stay. We have two living areas with plenty of seating. You will find a total of 5 TV's with Xfinity streaming and Roku, high-speed internet and wifi in the entire home. We have a Pool Table, many board games, cards, and dice, there is a desk with an ethernet plugin if you need to work.
Outside you will find multiple sitting areas, an outdoor dining area, a pool, cornhole boards, and a variety of other yard games, Or just relax on the covered patio and watch the local news.
Hungry, order in, or prepare a meal in our fully stocked kitchen. Pots, pans, utensils, seasoning and your favorite appliances are here for you. Need something, a grocery store is close by.
There is nothing quite better than sitting out back and watching the sunset turn the sky orange and red just before it gets dark. Like birds? you are in for a treat.... many birds stop by throughout the day and at dusk, and use our waterfall to drink water or even take a bath. Looking for a relaxing getaway, you just found it!

Amazing and beautiful home !! The park behind the home worked out great for the 5 kids !! Enough room and activities for everyone !! I highly recommend and we lost some headphones which the host found and we are picking up !!

The host was easy to communicate with. In fact, a massive storm hit the area and she immediately got the pool guy to come over the day after Christmas to get the debris out of the pool. Our family enjoyed the pool while we were there.

Host was welcoming and was very responsive to all inquiries. Their home was lovely. I particularly enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen with all the baking dishes and pans necessary for a holiday meal. It made our family stay very memorable. With the rain keeping us indoors, the kids enjoyed the cabinet of games to choose from. We'll definitely seek this home out for another rental the next time we gather together.

A lovely home and gathering place for my family this past weekend. Centrally located, well appointed, with great backyard space. My grands loved the pool; and all enjoyed the billiards and putting green!Thank you, Eve, for being such a wonderful host! Just Perfect!

The property was exactly as listed - this house had EVERYTHING! Eve was an amazing host... she even came over and extracted a wasp nest from the umbrella over the pool so we could swim. We plan on staying here again, 10/10!

Great time.

The house was very nice and just as advertised. It’s central location made it convenient to get to many restaurants and bars. We also visited Top Golf which was a blast. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

My family and I are outdoor people. We love skiing in the wintertime and hiking, paddle boarding and boating in the summer. We love to travel and experience cultures and history of the world. Still have lots of places on our never-ending bucket list! We have a passion for food and cooking. My Husband is the BBQ and smoke pit master and I cover the oven with baking and desserts. Life is an adventure and we live by that! We currently live in Citrus Heights and love the location because of the proximity to all our favorite outdoor activities but no shortage of art, history or sporting events and shopping along with all which Sacramento has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We have owned and loved this home for the last 15 years. It just went through an extensive remodel and has been brand new furnished with our new adventure of hosting guests in mind. We are excited to welcome you and your family. Summer or Winter, this home has so much to offer. Come and check it out!

What makes this property unique

Our favorite area in our home is the back deck. This home is located directly behind an elementary school. During the week you hear child's laughter during PE and recess, and on the weekend you can take your own kids to the playground, play soccer or baseball. The lots are large and even though you are in the city, it feels more like the country. The huge trees, the birds, turkeys, peacocks, you might even see horses and goats around!
