This cozy condo, located in the heart of Northstar, is just waiting to host you for your next mountain adventure! The first level of the condo holds 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a 3/4 bath. Upstairs provides everyone with a very open living room/dining room and kitchen including a queen size sofa bed.

Northstar California Resort has everything from California cool to high-end luxury. Winter offers almost 100 trails and over 3,000 skiable acres. Summer at Northstar features an 18-hole championship golf course, rec center with a large family pool, adult lap pool, exercise center, tennis courts, kids play area including a bungee trampoline, and countless biking or hiking trails. Lake Tahoe is only 10 minutes from your door. A community shuttle is available year-round to take you to the ski lift, the golf course and The Village at Northstar.

The NPOA Recreation Center provides members and their guests (for a small fee) with access to pools (Lap Pool open year round), hot tubs, dry saunas, fitness facility, game room, tennis courts (summer only), bocce ball & basketball, nature trail, kids playground, and summer activities.

Kitchen was a big disappointment absolutely no storage, mismatching everything's! Bathroom don't have proper heat source! Feel at least 15-20 degrees colder than the house

While we’re not sure about the concern with the bathroom heating, as it uses the same heating source as the rest of the home and other condos in the building, we would have been more than happy to come take a look during your stay to make sure everything was working properly.

Convenient Location

Great place to stay and to catch a shuttle to Northstar via the Shuttle App. A little small, but had everything we needed. Two bathrooms is a major plus.

Great location, comfortable place

Very nice place with 2 bedrooms, comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms were nice to have, but one is very small. The upstairs sitting area looked just like the online picture and was very comfortable and cozy for our winter trip. Kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed. The location was great, right down the street from the Northstar village. The free shuttle was easy to catch to the village, and it runs all day, just a 2 min drive. The only thing I was expecting in the condo, because it was in the listing, was some shampoo and conditioner. This was missing, as well as soap for the shower, washcloths, and hand towels. - Other than that, the place was great.

Basic accommodation but stocked well

The property is suitable for a family of four, especially with two bathrooms, although they are small and basic. However, there are many steps leading up to the condo, making it difficult to carry groceries and travel bags. After a ski day, navigating those steps can be quite taxing on your legs. I appreciated that the property was stocked with paper towels, toilet rolls, and soaps. However, I was not pleased with the requirement to strip the beds, start the laundry, and take out the trash to a location that was not even in the same development. Upon arrival, I also had to dry towels because they had been left in the washer by the previous guests, and the bathtub was dirty. On a positive note, the bus service was easy to navigate. However, I was disappointed that there were no sidewalks leading into the ski resort. Next time, I would prefer a ski-in/ski-out location.

Good older place for a quick weekend getaway. The bathrooms are not ventilated and retain moisture on ceilings and those don’t look like they’re being cleaned very often. Lots of webs in the living room, plus we couldn’t get the outdoor balcony light to work. Wish there was an electric kettle, which is a standard at most places. Communication ahead of the arrival was great, however, there seems to be some comm gaps to the local property crew as we had only one parking pass despite being assured there would be two, and were worried about the other couple’s car being towed. The second pass was eventually delivered after I reached out via Vrbo. The print out directions for the local shuttle were unclear and confusing, we ended up driving and only then we were told by the parking assistants about the app. Confusing directions to the garbage dump, it is described as you have to go to the club using the keys, but it’s completely somewhere else. Never had to drive my trash anywhere before. Haven’t found the place, a local map with shuttle stops and garbage area 2 miles away would be nice. Little welcome tray was a lovely surprise.

Nice condo, good location, but do not like the property mgmt company

Condo is great - beautiful, fairly clean (although towels were pretty old and rough), and generally well-stocked. Location is pretty good, although just keep in mind that it's a long set of stairs from the parking lot up to the condo. Otherwise, nice place and great views out the back deck. Our main source of frustration was with the property mgmt. company. We arrived after dark and had trouble locating the key - the lockbox was broken, and since it was dark and there were no outside lights on, we didn't see the electronic keypad for a while. When we were having lockbox trouble, the person who answered the phone from the property mgmt. company was pretty rude and not very helpful. I would also say that the check-out procedures are pretty long and extensive, which is annoying given the large cleaning fee that you're charged on top of a pretty expensive condo. I will probably not be staying here again.

Spring Break Tahoe visit

The property had almost everything we needed, and was clean and ready to go as we arrived! Unfortunately, we did experience a power outage on Saturday, the 3/27 from 10:30a to 11:30p. We were grateful for the fire place but we definitely could have used some flashlights, candles, etc. I realize this was out of the owners control but there was a major lack of communication from the property management company, and no offer for any assistance. Thankfully, we also didn't lose too much food, as we did bring a cooler with most of our meals planned out for our stay. I'd just ask that there be a bit more customer service coming from the Property Management company going forward. Other than that, great neighborhood, great views!

Great stay in Northstar Village condo

This unit is a very nice option for a small family or group of friends. The kitchen was well provisioned and everything was in good condition. The one minor downside is that because the unit is set back fairly far from the parking lot, it is somewhat inconvenient if you have a lot of gear to haul from your vehicle.
