Such a gorgeous lake location! Home has an unobstructed lake view of Utah Lake and Mt. Timpanogos from the kitchen, family room, and back deck. Enjoy a private hot tub for 4. While there is not much parking at this home due to the private lane, it is perfect for a small group of 3 cars and 6-10 people.
What makes this property unique
Tranquil "away from it all" feeling with lake view, mountain view of majestic Mt. Timpanogos, and so much space to relax with a small family. Open concept kitchen and family room with vaulted ceiling, deck with unobstructed views and private hot tub, 2 kitchens with nice granite tops and gas range, and a huge multi-purpose room in basement.
