Perfect apartment in central Oviedo , fully equipped and with easy reach of all shops.

Excellent hosting, apartment is fully equipped with all you need to have an excellent holiday. WiFi included . Shops, bars and supermarket are at your door steps. Garage provided with accommodation.

Perfect location, ideal apartment, garage parking for our motorcycle.

Met by Carmen and her family, so no issues finding the garage and apartment. The fridge was filled with essentials, which was great as Sundays all supermarkets close. Downstairs at street level, there are so many restaurants and bars, and the old town is within walking distance. We used the apartment as a base for touring Northern Spain, including the Picos de Europa, so access from Oviedo is no issue. We used the train which is 5 minutes walk to get to other places, so I could have a beer and a break from driving. Would we stay again at this property, absolutely.

Comfortable apartment

The apartment is located in a central position ,close to the railway and bus stations ,restaurants and grocery shops. The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet at night. The living room has a comfortable sofa and chair, coffee table a large smart TV and Wifi. We enjoyed having breakfast in the roof terrace when the sun was shining. Being on the 6th floor we were not disturbed by the noise from the street . The kitchen is well equipped but could do with a kettle. We boiled water in a saucepan to make tea. The owners Carmen and Gil were very helpful and provided essential provisions milk, coffee, bread and even a complimentary bottle of wine. We are particularly grateful to them for meeting us at the airport since we arrived late in the evening and we did not speak Spanish. Their son is fluent in English and was able to communicate with us. We are very happy to recommend the penthouse. Louis and Enid
