Outside patio and pool area outstanding. Interior living room, furniture torn. Kitchen, excellent appliances. Kitchen was stocked with what appeared to be left overs from a garage sale.Understood all of the bedrooms were upstairs. The staircase was extremely steep and only one railing. One had to be extremely careful. Linens were old. There were no pillows in two bedrooms only shams. Contacted owner and he provided two. This house needs improvement in furnishings in my opinion to equal the cost.

Fantastic Spot

Place was extremely clean. Gated parking is a huge plus. Property manager was quick to help with anything we needed. Patio deck and pool are fantastic. Love this place.

San Carlos getaway

We had trouble finding our rental, called our host and he promptly returned our call and guided us to it. It was a very impressive beautiful 2 story. Very accurate to the description on the website. It was conveniently located to the many restaurants, beaches and main highway. It was a great space for us and 2 pups that are 20lbs each. I would love to return, ASAP! Loved the town, the people, beautiful landscape and the home we rented for 2 weeks.

Comfortable house

Overall this is a comfortable home for a small family. It is nicely located by shopping centers and restaurants also pretty close to the marina. The only issue we had with the house was 2 A/C units that were not working properly. The owner told us he would send someone to fix them few days later but no one ever did. We spend a full week at the house and had to spend time moping the floors from main bedroom and dining area because the units we leaking water. Other than that we enjoy ours stay.

Amaizing house in San Carlos

The house is incredible, very spacious, the beds very comfortable, a large kitchen and a very good pool, we were received by the owner Sven whom I thank for all the attention.
