A charming house in the south of Mallorca

A large house recently built in the traditional style of Mallorca.
Envionnement calm.
Floor area 220 m2
8 km of sandy beaches and turqouise sea, a protected area without hotels, La Rapita - Es Trenc.

A large bedroom with a double bed of superior quality, dressing room and nice bathroom.
From the other side of the house, the second bedroom has two bunk beds, a bed
separates and a large bathroom.

The third bedroom is small with a sofa bed for 2 people and television.

A large living room of about 60 m2 which overlooks the terrace and pool.
A small TV lounge.

A large kitchen furnished with two refrigerators, a freezer, a gas stove
and a washing machine.
The kitchen overlooks the 2 terraces.

Parquet flooring throughout the house except in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Non smoker `s inside the house.
Possibility of wifi.

Situated on a large plot with almond trees, the house offers large sun terraces and the area outside for sympatiques meal.

A new, very nice swimming pool 10 x 5 m.
Sun loungers for sunbathing, parasols, sofas and armchairs,
a dining table and chairs for 6 people.

Excellent starting point for excursions on s Island.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Maria.La finca était vraiment bien située et agréable à vivre, l'environnement très agréable, la piscine parfaite pour les enfants.La maison était bien équipée, la propreté impeccable, la literie confortable. Toutefois il manquait un micro-ondes pratique pour faire réchauffer des plats rapidement.Merci Maria

Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist unvollständig und verschweigt wichtige Details. Wir haben mehrfach versucht, die Vermieterin zu kontaktieren, um weitere Informationen zu erhalten, doch sie reagierte erst, als die Frist für eine kostenfreie Stornierung abgelaufen war. Die Vermieterin, eine ältere und sehr besorgte Frau, lebt auf dem Grundstück in einer kleinen Hütte und überwacht die Gäste ständig, was uns sehr unangenehm war. Das Internet war ebenfalls ein großes Problem, da die Unterkunft abgelegen liegt. Der Empfang war schlecht, und erst nach mehreren Beschwerden wurde der Modem ausgetauscht, was das Internet nur minimal verbesserte. Die Unterkunft war extrem heiß, und obwohl es Klimaanlagen gab, konnte man diese nur gegen einen absurd hohen Aufpreis von 100 Euro pro Tag nutzen. Umständlich war auch, dass man durch ein weit entferntes Tor musste, für das wir nur einen Schlüssel hatten. Da wir nur einen Schlüssel für das Tor und die Unterkunft bekamen, war es nur möglich, gemeinsam rein- oder rauszugehen, was sehr unpraktisch war. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend, und wir können die Unterkunft keinesfalls empfehlen.

We will check the information on Abritel to see if something is missing or make it more complet. The househostess had the arm broken at the moment of this stay and for that reason could not work or drive and stayed some weeks on the plot. The renting villa is situated on a 21.000 m2 land, has it s own intimity on all sides, far from the entrance,.(made this way as it is the permanent house of the owners when not renting out.) We try to help when clients ask for it, otherwise they do not hear or see us as we are not often on the plot. If gardener or poolcompany has to come we inform clients in advance. Internet, clients informed us 4 days after check in that internet was not working. After 48 hours when tecnician was allowed to enter the house it was resolved. (new ruter and antenne).. We have 8/2 MBPS (12/3 with a suplement of 40 €) Usually it is enough for our clients. As the house is situated in the countryside there is no Fiber. You use a car to live here and park in front of the house, and of course you can have a second key if you need it! We belive it has been a problem of comunication in this stay. Usually our clients are happy and relaxed staying here. We regret that you felt this way.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Maria La maison est certes loin de tout mais au calme et en pleine nature et c'est ce que nous cherchions. Beaucoup d'oiseaux magnifiques autour de nous pour mon fils passionné d'ornithologie c'était un plus... La piscine est très agréable La maison est très grande et confortable Nous avons été très bien reçu et conseillé Les plages proches de la maison (20 à 30 minutes quand même) sont magnifiques. Nous ne sommes pas si loin de Palma (20minutes env) que nous avons découvert avec plaisir Bref un très bon séjour

Au top!

Nous avons passé 1 semaine chez Maria, l’endroit est magnifique et totalement dépaysant, le calme fait place et cela permet de se reposer en toute tranquillité. De plus Maria est une superbe hôte, gentille et attentionnée ! Une très belle semaine que nous souhaitons faire à nouveau l’année prochaine 😁

Schöner Urlaub mit viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre

Wir hatten einen schönen Familienurlaub in der Finca. Am besten hat uns der Salzwasser-Pool, das große Grundstück, die Stille und die Privatsphäre gefallen. Maria war eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation (englisch) lief problemlos. Das Haus ist schön groß und bietet alles was man für den Urlaub braucht. Im Hochsommer heizt sich das Haus sehr auf. Eine Klimaanlage ist zwar vorhanden, allerdings nur gegen recht hohe Zusatzkosten nutzbar. Wir hatten uns später an die Wärme gewöhnt und der Pool hat auch geholfen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub. Die Lage der Finca ist jedoch sehr abgeschieden. Zu Fuß ist leider nichts erreichbar. Wir hatten für den gesamten Zeitraum ein Mietauto. Daher hat es uns nicht gestört.

Casa maravillosa

De las casas más bonitas que hemos alquilado. Muy amplia y luminosa. Decorada con un gusto estupendo. Las noches de verano en medio de la naturaleza, espectaculares con el cielo lleno de estrellas. La recomiendo 100%

Sehr schönes Haus und toller Pool

Das Haus ist sehr, sehr schön. Alles ist da, was man braucht. Das Haus ist in einem Mandelbaumgrundstück etwas abseits von der Straße. Es sind 6 Kilometer bis zum Strand, der sehr nett ist.

Located half way between Llucmajor and S'Estanyol, this beautiful house provides you with peace and tranquility, as well as being very near, arguably, one of the best beaches in Spain, Es Trenc, markets, shops and restaurants in Sa Rapita, Llucmajor or Campos, and not far at all from Palma city. Maria and Toni are wonderful hosts, who will be delighted to assist you with any requirements you may have. Situada entre Llucmajor y S'Estanyol, esta preciosa casa ofrece mucha tranquilidad, así como acceso rápido a una de las playas mas bonitas de España, Es Trenc, mercados, tiendas y restaurantes en Sa Rapita, Llucmajor o Campos, y no demasiado lejos de la ciudad de Palma. Maria y Toni han sido encantadores, y están dispuestos a ofrecer la ayuda necesaria para tener una fantástica estancia.
