Finca "Can Barrera" is a beautiful rustic house recently renovated, with all the comforts for a fantastic family holiday. Located in the center of the island of Mallorca in Costitx, in an environment surrounded by nature, very quiet and pleasant. The fully fenced farm, surrounded by trees, provides a unique privacy.

In the town of Costitx you will find two supermarkets, two bars, a paneria, a small stationery with typical local products, a health center, the well-known Costitx Observatory, of recognized prestige, you can not miss it. Nearby, you will find typical villages known as Sineu, medieval town where on Wednesdays you will see one of the best street markets on the island, Inca famous for the sale of shoes and leather, Binissalem surrounded by the best wineries on the island. And if you like cycling, surrounded by the best cycle routes on the island.

The house has 5400 m2 of land, and 200 m2 of housing, with three double bedrooms (one of them with air conditioning) very spacious, two bathrooms, living room with satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. and tiny kitchen, but with everything you need! And for your peace of mind it also has alarm. Upon request cot and highchair free.

The best is the fantastic pool, with barbecue, solarium and unobstructed views, surrounded by an environment of nature and tranquility.

In the period from November to April, the cost of electricity is not included. Counter reading will be done upon arrival, the cost of Kw will be 0.20 centimos (approximately per week a responsible consumption is 150 kw).

Perfekte Kommunikation in jeder Phase. Wir waren mit der Finca sehr zufrieden. Toller Pool. Räume klimatisiert. Für die Anreise ist ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen.

Grundsätzlich eine schöne Finca. Tolles Grundstück. Naturnah. Was aber auch Ameisen und Mücken mit sich bringt. Damit muss man aber leben können, wenn man sich für ein ne Finca in den Bergen entscheidet. Wir waren jedenfalls rundum zufrieden. Der einzige negative Punkt: Das Internet über das WiFi ist sehr sehr sehr langsam. Also so richtig 90er Jahre Internet. Aber tut auch mal gut, mal nicht dauernd online zu sein.

Sehr schöne Finca, herzlicher Empfang. Alles ist in gepflegtem Zustand und perfekt sauber. Sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Wer unbedingt super schnelles Internet benötigt, wird entäuscht sein. Aber man ist ja vor Ort um die Insel zu genießen. Allerdings: Ein Geschirrspüler würde die Sache perfekt machen.

Tolles Haus mit viel Potential, das nicht genutzt wird

Das Haus ist schön groß und der Garten riesig, aber sehr ungepflegt. Leider wurde die Dachterrasse und der Pool erst am 2./3. Tag nur halbherzig gereinigt (Schade, wenn msn nur 5 Tage da ist. Dabei ist es dort wunderschön. Insgesamt würde dem Haus weniger Plastikblumen, bunte Solarlichter und Duftstäbe gut tun. Zu viel… Wir haben als drei Freundinnen die Zeit dort trotzdem sehr genossen, weil man ungestört eine entspannte Zeit verbringen konnte und von dort tolle Ausflüge in alle Richtungen machen kann.

Schöne Unterkunft mit viel Deko

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft, leider nur war der Pool mit Zuviel Chlor versetzt. Das haben wir nach eigener Recherche rausgefunden, denn es passte zu den Symptomen bei uns (Rötungen, Wunde Stellen und Juckreiz am Körper) und das der Pool nicht sauber aussah. Es wurde zwar immer direkt geantwortet und gesagt der Poolmann käme und es läge daran, das es Sonnencreme sei, aber geändert hat sich nichts. Wir haben uns nie direkt vorm Baden eingecremt. Meistens waren wir erst abends im pool. Schade, denn es ist sonst eine echt nette Unterkunft. Der Check in und Out waren echt super, wir durften sogar etwas früher einkehren. Auch wurden uns netterweise zwei Hochstühle und zwei Kinderreisebetten zur Verfügung gestellt. Das war wirklich toll, so mussten wir weniger mitschleppen.

Dana nos ha llamado mucho la atención tu evaluación, que a pesar de ser 5* el comentario en sí no nos deja en un buen lugar. El hecho de que digáis públicamente que habéis tenido llagas y rojeces es una acusación muy importante como para no dar una respuesta, hace 8 años que gestionamos esta propiedad con el mismo personal y nunca ha pasado nada parecido, puede ser que hayáis tenido reacción por muchos motivos, pero hacer una acusación de algo tan serio nos parece inapropiado. Durante la estancia os pusisteis en contacto con nosotros para limpiar la piscina y el técnico de piscina fue en varias ocasiones, en el que se comprobaron en varias ocasiones los niveles de PH que eran correctos. Por otro lado, agradecemos que hayáis valorado el poder llegar antes así como os facilitásemos las dos cunas y tronas.

Urlaub im authentischen Mallorca Style.

Das von uns gemietete Objekt,war sehr gepflegt. Es war ein wenig kompliziert das Objekt zu finden. Mit Google Maps kommt man aber gut zurecht, Die Finca ist im Spanischen Stil erbaut worden und ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer (3 Schlafzimmer,1 Wohnzimmer,2 Bäder und Küche) sind mit Liebe dekoriert und die Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.Die Küche ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Der Swimming Pool wird regelmässig gereinigt und die Poollandschaft ist mit einem Sonnensegel ausgestattet so liegt man nicht dauernd in der Sonne. Auf der Terasse steht ein schöner Tisch an dem man schön frühstücken kann. Die Finca verfügt auch über eine Dachterasse auf der man die Sonnenuntergänge über dem Tramuntana Gebirge geniessen kann. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Können wir absolut weiter empfehlen. Danke Mercedes.

“Wir wurden von Xisco super empfangen. Da es spät am Abend war, hatten wir uns auf ein eher spärliches Abendessen eingestellt. Xisco hatte uns jedoch eine echt leckere Pizza besorgt und im Kühlschrank warteten zudem eine falsche Weißwein und Bier auf uns. Insgesamt hatten wir einen herrlichen Aufenthalt und kommen auch gerne wieder.”

I would remove all the candles from the house and use different oils for the sticks, lemonlavender for example.just don't use them at all, you never know which visitor likes which smell. Die Finca war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Xisco war einwandfrei, begeistert waren wir von den Tipps, welche er auf (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps bereit stellt. Die Lage der Fica war etwas abgelegen, wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Da zentral auf Mallorca, ist sie ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um die ganze Insel zu erkunden.

Finca Muy Bonita

Finca muy bonita y agradable con una parcela enorme en un sitio muy tranquilo en el centro de Mallorca. Perfecta ubicación para hacer excursiones a todos los puntos de la isla. La piscina funciona perfectamente y la terraza exterior acompaña a comer y cenar fuera a todo momento. La finca ofrece sitio para mínimo 6-8 personas. Salón con TV y calefacción y aire acondicionado. Cocina con todo lo necesario. Barbacoa exterior a gas. Nos hemos sentido muy bien y sin podemos volveremos. La comunicación con Xisco inmejorable. La entrada y salida sin complicaciones.

The house is very beautiful, incredible clean, has a nice pool and super rooms! It's very quite there and you really come down fast and can relax immediately. The owners are very helpful and answers usually in a few minutes. Even on the weekend, a new sunbed was brought by them. The gardener picks up the trash almost every day, so that no animals are attracted to the garbage. If you want to spend some quiet days in a beautiful finca with pool, like some shy and wild cats and want to be alone, this house is just right.
