The Zen Den close to the beach and Mickey Rats

Hi, we are renting our three bedroom and 1 bath cottage. We are located across from the beach, Mickey Rats, Turtle Joe's, Connors Hot Dog Stand, and the Town Park. Everything is in walking distance, just minutes away. The cottage is located on a private road right behind the Evans Town Park. All you have to do to get to the beach and fun is walk into the park and the park goes right onto the beach. There is even an underground tunnel beneath the road so you don't have to cross traffic.

Rentals are weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Check in 4 p.m., Sunday; Check Out 11:00 am, Sunday

There is a queen bed in each of the three bedrooms. There are 2 couches in one of the two living rooms. The front living room has a sleeper couch. The cottage sleeps 6-8 people. Pillows, sheets, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided and are washed every Sunday. The house is fully furnished and also includes two flat-screen TV's, DVD player, radio/IPOD player, refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig, coffee pot, blender, slow cooker, toaster, plates and bowls, glasses, cups, silverware, pots, and pans etc. There is a front deck with patio furniture and the backyard is huge which also includes a gas grill, patio furniture, horse shoe pits, and a fire pit with chairs around it to sit and enjoy the beautiful nights.
