The villa was beautiful and had everything a mixed generation family could have wished for.It is located at the bottom of a private gated Cul de Sac. The area was very quiet and peaceful. The pool was lovely and also heated. Extra bonus of a spa with a fantastic hot tub, sauna, cinema room with Netflex and a bar in the basement. Some games for the children, a small table football and a pool table. The bedrooms were very comfortable and every room had air conditioning, which was lovely as the temperature was in the mid 30’s everyday.Stevens was the perfect host and always at hand for anything we needed. He even purchased a ping pong table as he knew we liked to play! We would definitely recommend this Villa.

Perfect Vacation Home, in a Gated Community

Beautiful Home with 3 Bathrooms an additional Shower built in Spa in the basement with Entertainment area. The outdoor pool had a constant heated temperature of 33degrees. Perfect communication with Stevens, not a single issue at all. If I had to suggest one thing: The stairs to the basement is steep and slippery when wet. Please add a handrail in order to get a more secure "climb" downwards. However we can recommend this home 100%.

Excellent Villa

Excellent Villa. Has everything you need. Photos and description are accurate. Air conditioning everywhere (including all bedrooms) is quiet and works perfectly. Pool big for a private villa. Pool area with loads of shady and sunny spots. Kitchen well equipped. Villa easy to find and get to, large supermarkets nearby (10 mins) Very quiet safe suburban area in a a gated cul de sac. We had a lovely 2 weeks in Summer 2022, complete relaxation barely left the villa which is what we needed after Covid and teenagers exams. Owners communication was excellent and we felt we could ask for anything we needed. Would definitely come back to this villa and would recommend it 100%.

Stevens made check-in very easy with his excellent communication. The villa was clean and it was as it was described on the VRBO website. The kitchen is equipped with everything. Beds were clean and very comfortable. It is suitable for a wheelchair user. The pool was amazing. The SPA/Jakuzi was an unexpected additional future. There was also a sauna, but we didn’t use it as it was 39’C outside. The villa is 1hour 15min from Nice Airport and not much further away from Marseille Airport. Gorges du Verdun, Grasse, Cannes, St Tropez, Monaco are all within easy reach of a car journey. The aircon units were appreciated in the heatwave. I can keep writing all the positives. There aren’t any negative points at all.

A recommander.

Ein tolles Haus, ruhig gelegen und alles da, was man braucht

Wir hatten 8 wundervolle Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. 3 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 1 Hund.

Alle comfort is voorzien
