On the raised ground floor of this old and typical building, comfortable, calm and bright, this apartment is ideal for a stay with family, friends, couple or simply for business.

Wireless Internet access and television are included in the price.

With its small fully equipped kitchen, you will find: ceramic hobs, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine and microwave.

In the bathroom, adjoining the bedroom, is a walk-in shower, a vanity unit, and a washer-dryer.

Access to the apartment is automated, allowing you to arrive at any time. Access codes and an arrival guide will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. If necessary, our 24/7 telephone secretary will be ready to help you.

House rules:

🐕 Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.

🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in an additional €250 cleaning charge penalty.

⛔ Parties are not allowed. You are asked during your stay to respect the neighborhood.

🧹Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

🧹However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. . If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties up to €100 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
