Plein Centre Historique Grand Appartement 160 m2 Rooftop au Calme
Welcome to our penthouse in the heart of the historic centre of Strasbourg
If you are looking for a truly unique place to discover Strasbourg with family or friends, you have come to the right place.
Located on the top floor of a building with a lift, this 160 m² penthouse is a true haven of peace in the heart of the Grande Île, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Everything is within walking distance: the cathedral, restaurants, museums, quays, shops and, in winter, the famous Christmas market.
What makes this apartment truly exceptional is its private green rooftop. Very few homes in the historic centre have a terrace of this size, even more so with an unobstructed view of the rooftops of Strasbourg and the cathedral. You can have breakfast, share dinner, enjoy an evening drink or simply relax after a day of sightseeing.
The apartment can accommodate up to six people in excellent conditions of comfort thanks to its three real double bedrooms (two King Size beds of 180 × 200 cm and a double bed of 140 × 200 cm). The large living areas allow everyone to enjoy their stay without stepping on each other.
The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook on site. You will also find two water areas (a bathroom with bathtub and a shower room), two toilets, a laundry room, high-speed Wi-Fi and everything you need for a stay of several days.
Despite its location in the city centre, the apartment is particularly quiet. Once inside, you will enjoy a peaceful environment, without vis-à-vis, while remaining only a few minutes from the animation of Strasbourg.
During the Christmas market, you are already inside the secure perimeter: once you are seated, you can freely enjoy the historic centre without having to go through the controls again each time you leave.
A secure parking space is available on request (€30 per day), a real advantage in the hypercentre of Strasbourg.
We imagined this apartment as a place where you like to take your time, share meals, discover Strasbourg and then find the calm of a real penthouse above the rooftops of the city.
We will be delighted to welcome you and show you around our city.

Amazing property in a quiet area of town but convenient to walk around the Christmas markets. The host decorated the apartment for Christmas including a tree.
The location was perfect for the Christmas markets and it was a quiet building for sleeping. It was a nice spacious place for a family of five with a gorgeous view out of the windows. The towels and washer dryer had a mold/stale smell, which part of why we booked here was so we could wash clothes and pack less but I chose not to do laundry because the washer smelled so awful. I also had never stayed in a home that had literally all of the owners belongings in it, which weren't visible in photos (clothes, shoes, food, everything). When arriving the also had to get a physical key from the owner so that required a l it the extra coordination. But overall, this place is about location which is wonderful and there is a farmers market that pops up right downstairs a couple times a week (at least while we were there).
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this apartment! The first thing that struck us was just how large and spacious it is—there was plenty of room for the whole family to stretch out and relax without feeling cramped. What we loved:- Prime location in the city center made exploring incredibly easy. We could walk to almost everything (cathedral, museums, river). Public transit access was a breeze.- Beautiful lighting on the top floor, it gets flooded with amazing natural light throughout the day. It made the space feel even more open and uplifting.- Market Place Broglie just one block away. It runs twice a week, and we loved picking up fresh, local ingredients. The only real drawback for us was the kitchen appliance setup. For a family-sized apartment, the fridge and freezer space is quite limited. If you plan on doing a lot of heavy meal prep or storing groceries, you might find it a bit of a tight squeeze. The incredible location, top-floor views, and sheer size of the apartment make this a fantastic choice. We would absolutely stay here again.
L’appartement est idéalement situé, propre, calme. Très agréable ! Laure a été très présente et aidante pour la moindre de nos questions. La terrasse est merveilleuse !Je recommande
