Oceanfront Gem: Pools/Hot Tub, Beach and Beyond

Is there anything better than a quiet sunrise on an oceanfront balcony and a day of relaxation stretching out ahead of you, as wide and empty as the beach itself? Definitely not. But the Atlantic sunrises are just one reason to love Rolling Waves, our 3-bedroom oceanfront Indian Beach condo on North Carolina's glorious Crystal Coast.

Other reasons include:

It's family-friendly! Colorful and fun inside, the condo also has beach gear like sand toys for the littlest guests, boogie boards for the teens and tweens (they'll appreciate the WiFi, too), and beach chairs for you and that novel you've been waiting to read.

Bedrooms include a master suite with king bed and en-suite bath, a 2nd bedroom with a twin-over-full with twin trundle bunkbed, and a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed (these two bedrooms share a bath). Perfect for parents, grandparents and kiddos on a getaway together. It's also friend-friendly—great for two couples or girls weekends and golf outings.

The views! So good they deserve a second mention. Not only do you get the oceanfront vantage point of the Atlantic from the balcony and living area, you also have a view of the Bogue Inlet Sound from the master bedroom. Head to the sound side of the complex and have a drink with fellow vacationers as you watch the sun sink into the Inlet!

The kitchen is set up for real cooking. With stainless appliances (including double ovens and a beverage cooler to free up fridge space), and well-stocked cabinets, you can easily prep meals for the group. But no judgement if you prefer not to cook on vacation. We're just minutes from some delicious seafood restaurants, and the kitchen is equally great for heating up leftovers. :)

Our awesome condo resort, The Ocean Club (one of the top-rated in North Carolina). An elevator whisks you to our second-floor, 1150-square-foot condo. Other amenities include a fitness center, boardwalk access to the beach, and 2 heated, outdoor swimming pools.

This condo was in a perfect location with a beautiful ocean view for our family’s beach vacation. It was close to both Emerald Isle and Beaufort. The view was perfect each morning and to end each day. We saw dolphins from the balcony, and you could hear the sound of the waves even with the doors closed. Wonderful stay!

We reside and work in the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina having both been raised outside of North Carolina. We have been married for 11 years and with each passing year continue to write our story. We are now a family of 5 with our daughter and 2 mini goldendoodles.

Why they chose this property

We have always loved spending time at the beach. Our journey started out with the exploration of the lighthouses of North Carolina which lead to our discovery of Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle. From the first time seeing the emerald colored waters we knew this area was a hidden treasure. We made several return trips with friends and family and ultimately decided this would be a great place to own a condo. It didn't take long before we found this condo which from the moment we walked in felt like we were home.

What makes this property unique

Rest and relaxation come easy as you experience the picturesque views and bright light that greet you from the moment you enter the front door. There is something to do for everyone whether you want to spend your day on the beach or enjoy the centralized location with ease of access to a variety of activities and wonderful restaurants. We find something new every time we visit.
