Dunescape with 3 ensuite full bathrooms. Private beach access chairs included!

Exceptional. Look no further. This condo is one of the best equipped with all Atlantic Beach has to offer. Easy, 1st floor access on end of building. Elevators nearby but stair access is easy if you want to skip the wait on an elevator. Your vacation home will comfortably sleep 6. All rooms have ceiling fans and own full bathroom. Master bedroom with queen bed, private full bath and smart TV. 2nd bedroom has 2 single twin beds and smart TV....En-suite when hall door is closed Third bedroom has a queen bed, private full bath and smart TV. Private WIFI included. 3 outside balconies. 2 balconies overlooking pool and ocean. 1 balcony overlooking outdoor community charcoal grills. Excellent location with easy, private access to the beach. At least 6 beach chairs, some beach toys and boogie boards included. Community Outdoor showers and 4 recently renovated outdoor pools. Take a stroll down the pier and watch boats go by on the day dock. Bring your bikes to visit the top rated public park, championship putt putt, children’s waterpark, Venice Beach style skate park, plentiful variety of restaurants and a Food Lion. All less than a mile away and accessible by large flat sidewalks with crosswalks where needed.
All of the buildings at Dunescape have parking lots near the unit. If you need extra parking you can use the overflow parking across the street. 2 parking passes included for parking at unit.

All bathrooms are remodeled.

7 night minimum weekly rentals from Labor Day until Memorial Day. Saturday to Saturday. 3 night minimum for the Beach music festival. 2 night minimum otherwise.
Linens and bath towels provided. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Highly recommend. Condo was great for our vacation!! Plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 kids and a toddler. Screened in balcony was the best! Short walk to the beach. Host made everything super smooth to check in and out.

Our family enjoyed staying here. The beach was in our backyard. It had a nice pool to cool off in. Also, the condo was spacious and clean. We will definitely come back.

The host was very communicative and responsive, and the check in and out processes were very simple. The condo is spacious and has everything you need. The beds were comfortable, and having 3 separate bathrooms was perfect for our family. We particularly loved the storage near the pool/beach that allowed us to keep sand at a minimal in the room or our vehicle. The chairs were excellent! The pool was clean and never crowded. The beach was beautiful and quiet. Our favorite place to eat was On the Rocks (their crab legs are so good), and we enjoyed trying the new winery, Going Coastal. We could not see the ocean from any of the balconies, but we didn't care about that. We prefer not having to use the elevator or walk flights down to the beach, so it worked out wonderfully for us.

Great location in Atlantic Beach. Beautiful, clean unit with a limited beach view. Quick walk to the beach. Wonderful pool and grounds. Nice in-unit laundry room. Lots of kitchenware and incidentals. Hosts were quick to respond to all messages. Will definitely stay here again.

Working with the host was wonderful. Any time I had a question he responded right away even when he was on his own vacation. Everything about this condo was outstanding. Condo was well maintained and clean, it had everything that you would need for your stay and then some. Great views and easy access to the beach and plenty of chairs for you use at the beach.The most convenient part was the walk-in showers in each of the bathrooms. That was one of the bestselling items when I was searching for a condo to rent. Didn't need to worry about falling getting into or out of the showers. Plenty of room for our group to enjoy the space. Two balconies and also chairs on the porch that you could enjoy if you wanted to be outside in the evening. Front balcony was screened in so no bugs to get to you.Everything was as pictured on the website!!! Lots of things to do in the area that was within walking distance or a short drive.Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for your stay in Atlantic Beach.

The condo was clean and well equipped. Communication with the host was always pleasant and timely. It is as pictured, the condo has a view of the ocean, especially from the balconies, and very easy access to the beach. The unit has its own washer and dryer, which was very convenient. It also has a nice stock of beach items like chairs and boogie boards for guests to use. We enjoyed every minute and would be happy to stay there again

It is not ocean front; it’s slightly ocean view. The price we paid we thought was for ocean front. Some type of refund would be nice. The place was very clean, roomy and really nice. The owner communicated very well. Just disappointed that it’s listed as ocean front.

It is located directly on the ocean side and just about 100 steps to the beach, without any roads or buildings separating it from the shoreline. Sometimes there can be a bit of confusion around the term, as “oceanfront” doesn’t always mean a completely unobstructed, toes-in-the-sand view from every window, but rather direct proximity and access to the ocean. That said, we completely understand how expectations around views can vary, and we appreciate your feedback. Dallas is a licensed general contractor/remodeler and Karen is an elementary assistant school teacher. Parents of 3, both are professional hard workers, enjoy traveling, good food and spending time with family and friends. Both are native North Carolinians with ancestors from Eastern NC.

We love Atlantic Beach with its many entertainment options and restaurants. We enjoy fishing, riding bikes and spending time on the beach. Dunescape is in the center of it all.
There are excellent year round activities.

What makes this property unique

This condo is on the first floor at the end of the building, so if you don’t want to wait on an elevator, it’s quick convenient access. We love the location with the proximity to the pool and beach. It also has just the right amount of space for our family. We hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do.
